Honest review ~ I hate Pizza. Ordered Domino's last night, myself and my family all surprised at how good it was. They have changed something, hopefully ditched the cheese brand all chain pizza joint have been using ~ lol

And when they are open, they don't have any product ready. And you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes on one pizza

Having issues ordering online for pick up the website only offering delivery for Lincolnton, Madison a MANAGER stated other pick up orders are coming through, I asked her to try the website herself and she said “ I ain’t trying nothing!” Poor management! Poor customer service! * Side note- Wanted to order online since I have reward points to redeem and my daughter just wanted pasta so I didn’t want to pay for delivery fee and tip on one free item*

By far the best dominoes I've had and the best pizza spot in Lincolnton!

Very fast service. If I order for ASAP, that’s exactly what I get. I get my pizza and those cinnamon bites, I live 5 minutes away, by the time I get ready and to the car and up to Dominos, the order is always fresh and ready. I love the drive thru, it’s only for pre-placed orders, which means no matter the line, you’re in and out in no time at all. The food is always fresh and hot, never been a dominos person, but this restaurant has changed that.

Listen now, I have always loved this Dominos, they are our go to when we don’t feel like eating at home, everyone there is nice and is always kind and helpful, but tonight these guys out did themselves!!! 😋 We ordered two Medium pizzas. They are having a deal for like 9.99 with any toppings on them. (2 pizzas for 21 bucks) They are both SO DANG GOOD! I ate two slices of mine before we even got home. 🤣 (You guys are awesome!) We definitely recommend this location. It’s also ALWAYS very clean and they have a 99.9 Health Grade. That speaks for its self.

DO NOT order here. Maddison and hailey are very rude and I will be calling corporate! I ordered on uber eats and there was no option to sub white sauce on my pizza. After I placed my order I called to ask them to sub it out they told me they don't have access to uber eats but then proceeded to tell me they could cancel and take my order over the phone. It would have cost me a extra $32! I asked if they could take my order for the white sauce over the phone and they refused. They got very rude on the phone and very combative. They have no type of customer appreciation nor do they value or try to help them. The pizza was cold I didnt even eat it! Will never order from here again
