Seriously rude AM staff. What happened to greeting and acknowledging customers when they come in? A lot of places lack that, but this location is the hardest to get someone to at least look at you. And when they do acknowledge you they act like you’re in the wrong for placing an order, they’re short with you and stuck up. You’re the one working here, not me. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to give customer service. No one likes having to come to work, but act like you like it for two seconds when customers are around. It’s respect. There’s plenty of warehouses in Lincolnton that will work you to your bone. You CHOSE to work here. “Hey, how are you? Are you picking an order up?” is the easiest thing to say so customers are in and out of your lobby and you don’t have to deal with anyone any longer. Which allows you to go back to sulking quicker. Go try upholstery, welding, roofing, and unloading trucks in the sweltering NC sun during the hotter months. You’ll love your coffee job then. At the end of the day, you’re making a drink, hopefully correctly, and handing it to someone. Get real. Train your employees to act like they care.

Didn’t care for the hash browns, but that’s a me thing. Sandwich and coffee was amazing. The service today 9/24 was awful. Well non-existent would be a more accurate term. I said good morning and thank you at the window and received nothing but “Pull up”. Then at the window she barely looked at me and didn’t respond to thank you and didn’t say thank you. I will still come back, but this lady needs to learn better customer service skills.

Oh boy, .this used to be a good place to eat.
It seems that after the kiosk was installed, the workers avoid eye contact with customers. God forbid someone needs help or in my case needs an item not listed on the kiosk.
Get ready to stand in front of the register and be ignored for ten minutes. After begging for service it might take another five minutes for them to see what you need.
I'm done with them. I'll pay a bit more and go to another famous coffee shop across the street.

Used the drive through this morning (08/03/25). Ordered 6 Jelly donuts, they had 3 left, so that's what I got. Don't you just love it when the employee punctures 2 of the 3 donuts with their fingers and jelly has leaked out in the bag????

Only good thing about this dunkin is the location. The girls they have working is rude every time I go there. The donuts had flies in the windows. Don't go to this location unless you like donuts with flies and no customer service.

I was upset I ordered the new holiday cookie signature latte and it was supposed to have cookie crumbles on top but it didn't and we asked the girl why didn't it have the cookie crumbles on it cause it's supposed to have it on top but she said she don't know anything about the toppings but I looked it up on the app and it said it was supposed to have cookie crumbles on top I am very upset and then I tried to call and get it fixed but nobody would answer the phone so if I could give it 0 stars I would but I can't so I gave it a one star

Used to go here almost every day. The service and order accuracy have tanked recently. Hopefully they can get back to their old level of service and quality. The owner and managers are really nice!

Terrible at making matcha iced lattes. Either too much matcha powder or not enough 💨 none of the workers have any personality. Overworked and underpaid is what they present.

When you go inside you can only order at the kiosk which does not let you choose everything, like donut hole flavors. Hashbrowns were inedible and the croissant was old and cold. Donut order was wrong. When I went back into tell them the donuts were wrong they acted as if it was a big deal to get me the correct donuts. Then the donuts tasted old. Just an overall unpleasant experience and waste of money.

My boyfriend came here on a Monday and ordered a pumpkin spice chai latte and a strawberry dragon fruit refresher, to start off the latte was pure milk, not a single bit of flavoring just milk and ice, the refresher had 0 green tea in it, came back on a Wednesday to retry with a modified order based on our past experience (more chai and flavor in latte and more green tea in refresher) they gave him a chai and milk latte, and the refresher was water and green tea only, it literally tastes like they scooped dishwater into a cup and served it. We attempted to call back multiple times and they didn’t answer at all, on top of this the customer service was terrible, short quick answers rushing him through the line. Why work a job if you have no clue what you’re doing and hate your line of work?
