Didn’t care for the hash browns, but that’s a me thing. Sandwich and coffee was amazing. The service today 9/24 was awful. Well non-existent would be a more accurate term. I said good morning and thank you at the window and received nothing but “Pull up”. Then at the window she barely looked at me and didn’t respond to thank you and didn’t say thank you. I will still come back, but this lady needs to learn better customer service skills.

Used to go here almost every day. The service and order accuracy have tanked recently. Hopefully they can get back to their old level of service and quality. The owner and managers are really nice!

My hash browns were cold so I went back inside to get new ones. The young lady at the counter was very polite although not apologetic and the gentleman who heated more for me snatched up the ones I left on the counter like I was going to take them to eat anyway. Odd behavior but ce la vie.
