As a previous So Fla resident, I'm in LOOVVEE! Just found out this was a full time restaurant! CUBAN! My fave food!! Went directly there. it was midday, Charlie was tending bar and made the best drink! He's working on a phenomenal special for Valentines😉. Don't deny yourself this mouth watering experience. Atmosphere! Tell everyone. I'm gonna eat everything on the menu and get My MiAMi/FlaKeys back on. Charlie's gonna build me a special drink. look at the menu! see you there! oh yeah, they have music too 🇨🇺💃

I've eaten here already multiple times in the past month. Being from Miami, I can't lie I was skeptical at first, but the food here is great! It really does remind me of home. Highly recommend ropa vieja and vaca frita. Headed back now for Tres leches, ropa vieja and maduras. It's just soooo good.

Let me tell you about my recent trip to MiamiFusionCafe in Lincolnton, NC. It’s like finding a cozy hug in a restaurant. The atmosphere is quiet and inviting, perfect for a laid-back breakfast.
Now, the Breakfast Bowl with easy eggs and ham? Absolute perfection! The eggs were just right, and the ham melted in my mouth. And don’t get me started on the drinks—fresh passion fruit juice was like sipping on sunshine, and the Cubanito added that perfect kick.
Aleni, my server, was a total gem—friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Parking was a breeze, and the prices were reasonable, which is rare these days.
If you’re in Lincolnton and not eating at MiamiFusionCafe, you’re missing out. The food hit the spot, and I can’t wait to go back!

Summary: small to normal at best quanity, highly over inflated prices, normal food quality. Out of touch with the economics of the area. We are not charlotte, you can't have charlotte prices with sub pair charlotte quality and quanity.
Absolutely baffled that they charge over $14 for a normal sized sanwhich and $5+ for small quantity of fries. I got 6 yuca fries total for over $5, it barely covered the bottom of the tiny side container!! That is close to a dollar a fry after tax, absolutely out of touch with their area. The food was decent, but couldn't get over the fact that the sandwhichs don't come with fries with that price. I wish them the best in this economy because I can't afford to ever eat at this place and have no idea how they will succeed if the economy tanks anymore in this region.
Bad economics when considering the area, you can get way more food at the same quality for way cheaper elsewhere.
I suggest pricing change to be competitive in the market. Lost my business for poor economics and nothing special food.

I love this place! It gives you the feel of Miami right here in Lincolnton. The food is delicious. I have recommended this restaurant to my neighbors and they loved it!🏝
We are from Florida and my husband is Cuban. So we knew good Cuban food. Miami Fusion Cafe was fabulous from the minute we walked in the door and greeted warmly by Youvette, she was also our server. We first ordered 2 Modelos on tap, I had the croqueta preparada sandwich my husband had the palomilla steak with black beans and rice. Everything was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return.
