I don't usually do reviews but I felt this meal deserves one. The biscuit was barely cooked and small. The gravy cold and I couldn't find any sausage. I enjoy a good gravy biscuit but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

I came in at 10:15 to get some breakfast, the cashier went to the exit door and locked it! I asked why she locked the door and her reply was “ Because we’re the only ones working “. I replied with “Looks like you have a full crew”. Needless to say she didn’t like that response. They have 1 girl working the drive through, 1 person working register up front, and 3 people in kitchen!!! How many more do they need????? UNBELIEVABLE!!! I worked for Hardees years ago and I promise you it doesn’t take more than 5 or 6 people to operate the restaurant

Not sure how it is in person, but I will say door dashing from here is an absolute NO! Half my order was missing and the food I did get was ice cold. It was expensive as heck because I used doordash and it is upsetting to not get everything I paid for!
I'm here at least once a week. Some of the workers really need to get it together. They'll take one order at the front counter, wait for that order to be prepared, bag it, then take another order. They should be taking at least two or three orders, by the time the third order has been taken, the food from the first order should be ready. The kitchen staff is slow. They take way too long to get orders out, even when they're not busy. I've gone up to the counter to order food and the staff won't even acknowledge me. They'll continue with their conversations with other works, resulting in me walking away. Yes, this includes the managers, as well. Today, the women's bathroom was disgusting- the sink and the toilets. This establishment, as a whole, needs to do better.

Order the chicken BLT , chicken taste like it had been refried to get warm . lettuce was rotten on the ends , fries was cold and tuff! DO BETTER!
