So I just got a sausage and egg combo my sprite tasted was terrible tasting but I understand sometimes the syrup is lowand that happens. I used to work here and I made minimum wage but I took pride in whatever I done. So this is about my food more than the drink and here goes; my hash round were hard as a rock and my egg was so old it smelled rotten. This makes my last 4 visits here bad experiences and I am never coming back! 🤢🤮 teach your workers to take pride in what they serve or fire them!

I called to give an opportunity to make this right but got no response after leaving a message. We got an email offer BOGO SUPER Biscuits. I ordered 2 Super Bacon biscuits thru the app. We go thru the drive thru because we are in a hurry. I had a few minutes before my appointment to eat. These were the WORST biscuits! The email shows fluffy folded scrambled egg. I got nasty plastic supposed egg. A very SMALL amount of bacon and cheese smeared all over the paper. Worst EVER!

Update still NOONE has contacted me from corporate. So I see how a general manager can just mess up orders and not be held accountable.

Called customer service yesterday and still have yet to get a call back. Burnt bacon sent out by the GM who was the cook per Cindy. The food was inedible!

Great experience. Had trouble ordering on the app. Usually in situations like this staff at any place will turn you away. That was not the case for this location. The employees try their best to understand your issues and communicate well with their colleagues to find a solution. Really great service. Also the restaurant is clean and the food is always hot and delicious. Carl’s Jr. for the win once again. The employees are also very humorous people and make the experience worth the trip.
