Went at the beginning of the month for a birthday celebration server was a guy he was rude and the overall experience was just terrible. We maybe received 1 refill the whole time we were there. The food tasted burnt it was terrible the rice was hard and it was like they mixed in old rice with fresh rice they had recently made. This used to be one of my go to places but they have gone down hill.

Great food but the service is absolutely terrible. I placed a call in order at 6:40pm. They told me it would be about 20 minutes. I get to the restaurant, pay, and they have me pull over to the parking lot to wait for my food. An entire hour goes by before I get my food. I had to call and complain, as well as send my boyfriend inside to ask about the food because of the wait.

Ready in 15 minutes Got there my order was not called in but I know it was , so she told me to park and they would bring it out almost 30 minutes later I drove back around if I had not already have paid I would have left. Once she gave it to me was not what I even ordered, wasn’t good at all had been sitting 🤮I would not recommend them

We ordered delivery before they opened for dinner (pre-order) they still messed the order up. Was supposed to receive 1 order chicken teriyaki, one steak teriyaki, and a hibachi Combo steak and chicken. We received, 2 orders of hibachi chicken and the combo order as correct. Not only was the order wrong but it had 0% flavor. Boiled chicken and boiled rice.

Called it 6 min after opened, and told order would be ready in 25 Minutes...
Arrived in 25 minutes, on the dot. Waited in a disorganized line around the building for another 25 minutes. Hoped that the Hibachi Chicken would be worth the price, plus an hour of my life. It was worth exactly the price. Had it arrived to me more than at a sickly tepid temp, it coulda been worth another nickel. Then, they ask for a tip, lol.
Not my first time in this horribly designed system. But after years of patronage, its my last.
If you have time on your hands, the food is good. But, nothings that good.

If I could leave no stars I would. My husband and I waited for about 10 minutes to get waited on. People sat down behind us and were waited on immediately, received their drinks and food within a couple of minutes while we were still waiting on our drinks. When the food finally arrived it was literally burnt, dry and cold. We tried to eat it but it was absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t eat it. When we checked out we were asked how everything was and I told her it wasn’t edible and it was still on the plate at the table. She said I’m so sorry and took our money anyway. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.
I ate 2 rolls of sushi and in BOTH I found a salmon bone. BOTH TIMES!!!!!
