NEVER EAT HERE. They'll close on you 20 minutes before they actually close. No wonder they have a low rating. Lazy staff doesn't wanna work. They deserve the low wage they're paid and don't deserve good jobs, won't be back, way to LOSE BUSINESS

Every single time I order from there, I ask for no carrots, extra teriyaki sauce. It's NEVER RIGHT!
We walked in the restaurant @ 8:36 pm. We were greeted immediately by an employee who invited us to sit anywhere. We sat , and another employee informed us that we can only order takeout. We asked what time they closed. The employee stated 9pm, but we don’t serve anyone after 830 for dine in, and refused us service. The website hours are until 9pm without any mention of no dine in after 830 pm. The sign on the door states open until 9pm without any mention of no dine in after 830 pm. We arrived 6 minutes later than the 830 pm (alleged) closing time, we were seated because another employee told us to sit anywhere, and the employee walking by us told us no dine in. SO, YOUR SIGN STATES CLOSE 9PM, AND IF REFUSING A CASH PAYING CUSTOMER AT 8:36 PM TO DINE AFTER BEING SEATED BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE IS POOR ! We will not return! DO BETTER.

I use to love this restaurant, but the past 6 months my orders are never correct. Steak is either undercooked or chewy, rice is bland...no seasoning at all. After my order was messed up today, i will be ordering from Hoshi, at least they offer flavor. I can't see paying for white rice and chewy meat.
4.5 stars but again with no partial star ratings available, I will just round up. Filet was cooked perfect medium-rare as I requested. Portion sizes are great for the price! Love the shrimp sauce.
