As a customer and a Dasher the wait times are absolutely terrible. During lunch it’s not so bad but the night crew is very slow and can’t seem to get it together. It’s like they don’t even care.

HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN COMPREHEND HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE ( 3 ) ITEM SANDWICH !!!! THIS IS THE ( 3RD ) DAMN TIME !!!! UNBELIEVABLE HOW SLACK THOSE EMPLOYEES ARE— I WON’T BE BACK !!

Food was pretty good. It was hot & fresh. I wanted my bread toasted on my sandwiches and they either forgot, or just didn't wanna do it! But, overall, still a decent sandwich.

Hot sub was cold. Had mobile order and it wasn't ready according to pickup time. The floor behind counter was nasty

I’m from Minnesota and just moved down here, all of the other locations I have been to they make your sandwich in less than 2 mins and you’re in and out of there fast! I was the only person in the store with my mother and we waited over 10 minutes for our sandwiches. No sense of urgency. I’d work here and be able to get everyone in and out quicker than the 3 that were working just now. The manager was even there and she just didn’t seem to care how slow they were all being. First time at this location and I’ll never go back!

Don't place an online order unless you want to wait for an hour before they realize that they never printed the receipt... Mind you, I was asked a minimum of 5 times what order I was waiting on. I was then told that they didnt have bread or chicken, which meant i had to substitute a whole sub. Best I was offered for the inconvenience was a free drink OR bag of chips. I don't take a $60 order lightly, if I ever go back I will not be using their online service.

The ladies that was working today 2/11/25 @ 12:00pm were the rudest ladies i could have ever encountered with we ordered a Philly an had it toasted they cooked it an wrapped it up with out even asked us if we wanted any toppings which would include lettuce tomatoes oil an vinegar etc.. then when we asked for it they gave us the craziest looks an then proceeded to put lettuce in a togo containers an then some mayo packs then I proceeded to tell them how I felt about our service an they just looked at me so we just left we were also going to eat inside but felt uncomfortable to do so
Spent 35.00 just to be treated this way!!
How would anyone eles feel

Sent a family member to get me a club sub. That’s exactly what they ordered for me. Got back home and there is no bacon. Not surprised based on the nasty reviews this location already has. Awesome.👍🏼

Christmas eve and staff was very efficient. We went in and were the only ones there. When we were leaving, it got busy. Pretty positive staff considering.
