Jersey Mike's Subs

I’m from Minnesota and just moved down here, all of the other locations I have been to they make your sandwich in less than 2 mins and you’re in and out of there fast! I was the only person in the store with my mother and we waited over 10 minutes for our sandwiches. No sense of urgency. I’d work here and be able to get everyone in and out quicker than the 3 that were working just now. The manager was even there and she just didn’t seem to care how slow they were all being. First time at this location and I’ll never go back!

Don't place an online order unless you want to wait for an hour before they realize that they never printed the receipt... Mind you, I was asked a minimum of 5 times what order I was waiting on. I was then told that they didnt have bread or chicken, which meant i had to substitute a whole sub. Best I was offered for the inconvenience was a free drink OR bag of chips. I don't take a $60 order lightly, if I ever go back I will not be using their online service.

The ladies that was working today 2/11/25 @ 12:00pm were the rudest ladies i could have ever encountered with we ordered a Philly an had it toasted they cooked it an wrapped it up with out even asked us if we wanted any toppings which would include lettuce tomatoes oil an vinegar etc.. then when we asked for it they gave us the craziest looks an then proceeded to put lettuce in a togo containers an then some mayo packs then I proceeded to tell them how I felt about our service an they just looked at me so we just left we were also going to eat inside but felt uncomfortable to do so
Spent 35.00 just to be treated this way!!
How would anyone eles feel

Sent a family member to get me a club sub. That’s exactly what they ordered for me. Got back home and there is no bacon. Not surprised based on the nasty reviews this location already has. Awesome.👍🏼

Christmas eve and staff was very efficient. We went in and were the only ones there. When we were leaving, it got busy. Pretty positive staff considering.

I have tried several times to eat here at Jersey Mike's in Lincolnton with no success The employees making the sandwiches act like they're going to get fired if they put too much lettuce or too much fixings on the sandwich. Jersey Mike's today is nothing what Jersey Mike started out to be and it's a shame cuz it was a very good sandwich place and it's probably just the employees because people just don't enjoy doing what they do or even appreciate having a job but tonight was my last attempt. I will never eat at a Jersey Mike's from Lincolnton again. Would not recommend it to anyone

Last night we ordered subs, my husband has celiac disease and can obviously only eat the gluten free sub rolls. I’m not sure why the people who were on shift last night thought it was alright to serve him a frozen sub roll with the toppings in a salad container, but they did. Surely there was some way they could’ve thawed the bread, especially considering there was time to as this was an online order. My husband even asked if they could toast it or something when he arrived to pick up the food, but the guy getting our order ready refused to. Just saying, if we wanted to prep the food ourselves, we would’ve just made sandwiches or something at home.

Me and my dad ate here a few days ago. We were the only 2 customers there at the time. We were standing there trying to figure out what we wanted to order. I glanced over at one of the employees and noticed a look on his face like he was aggravated, and he rolled his eyes and shook his head. Anyways I found out soon after his name was "Isaac" when another employee addressed him. I could understand his reaction if we were holding up a line. But nobody else was there. And if his reaction is based on his general dislike of people then he doesn't need to be in the line of work he's in. He needs to get a different job that doesn't involve dealing with the public. Keep in mind it's 2024, if I wanted to wear a hidden camera and go in there I can, and really embarrass someone.

The young lady that was cutting the meat was very unprofessional when I stated to her that the bread was still visible and there wasn't any meat on the bread. I was later told she was the manager but not the manager named Olivia. She slammed the sandwich down in her show for unhappiness with what I said. I'll travel to Gastonia from now on. I wasn't asked if I wanted to use my points, and when I asked her name none of the other workers that were standing next to her knew her name.
