I frequent KFC about 3-4 times a month as my son loves fried chicken. I placed an order for pickup in 20 mins.This night it was extremely busy and we wernt able to wait longer for the food. I contacted the store and was gave a refund and to replace my food. Great customer service that was beyond what was expected.

Terrible service, mediocre food, not worth the time ore wait, placed a online order and said it would be 30 minutes, waited another 20 minutes standing inside before being told it’d be another 15 minutes, avoid at all cost, they were not busy

Dirty. Tables and booths were dirty. Floor in dining room was dirty. I assume the kitchen was worse. A sign said the “farm fresh” chicken was from “Mac-Vac Poultry”. A quick google search proved concerning.

I went there for some livers and wings. It was so nastier both of us threw that in the trash, which is where it should have been to start with. Nastiest food I have ever tasted. NEVER AGAIN. Do your self a favor and go to any other chicken place. After my 2 bites I chunked it in the trash where it belonged

This KFC is a complete mockery. Colonel Sanders would throw this chicken on the ground and stomp it in the dirt. Can't believe I was hoodwinked into thinking i was gonna get a nice meal.
Been a while since I had been to KFC. Chicken tenders have been downsized greatly and lots of breading added to make them look big. And of course, the price was significantly higher. Won't be going back any time soon.
