Been a while since I had been to KFC. Chicken tenders have been downsized greatly and lots of breading added to make them look big. And of course, the price was significantly higher. Won't be going back any time soon.

I just purchased a three piece meal, dark meat. Ordered green beans and slaw. When I got home with my meal I discovered that I had received mashed potatoes instead of slaw. I am diabetic and on a low carb diet. I couldn’t eat the potatoes. The chicken was disappointing. The two thighs were undercooked and filled with fat. Very disappointing! It won’t happen again.

The food was too salty, and the floors were dirty. Customer service was the best.
Everyone was nice but clearly they don't read tickets. I ordered a three piece box but only got two. I ordered original and got that nasty extra crispy or whatever. They forgot my drink. I had to wait for the cherry poppers. They are doughy. I tried to call twice and nobody answered. They were hanging out on break or something at 8pm. Very disappointed.
Grabbed dinner for my parents while in town for a visit. The chicken wasn’t done, never had the crust of my KFC be white and inside wasn’t done. Didnt give us all the items we ordered, left out large slaw and no sauces for the nuggets we bought our daughter. The nuggets were over done like they had been re-heated or refried. What a joke. Nasty!

I'd love to give them a better review. The food is good.. when I can get any. I can understand not wanting to have too much food left overnight... but if you are open until 10, you should be able to serve customers until 10. If you don't want customers past 9, close at 9. Over the past few months, I have not been able to order a single time past 9pm due to them being out of something vital... like original recipe chicken.. the #1 most important thing on their menu and they have been out multiple times.

We took my mother for lunch today at the KFC in Lincolnton. It was so cold and every customer told the girl at the register that it was cold in there but the workers were not cold. We can not come back until they have a little more concern for all of their customers. If it was just one or two people that was cold, that would be different but it was all of the customers.
