Food is always served burn lip hot. Pancakes are always bigger than the plate. The servers are pleasant and professional. I always leave stuffed at a very good price. The sanitation grade has never been below 100. Mom and Pops like this is why I have been on a franchise diet.
I ordered the Mayor’s special. No pics because I did not get it. Both our orders were way off. Best way to describe is i wanted the liver mush on Texas toast. I wanted a side of hash browns but the waitress talked me into home fries. I wound up with hash browns. I will look through the reviews to see what the Mayor’s Special actually looks like. My order did not have livermush but my wife’s did so I swapped my bacon for her liver mush. It was good. Eggs were cold I ordered...
I usually get breakfast here. And no watered down wimpy coffee!This is my third visit, I live up in Hickory. Ask for Megan . . . she's awesome!
