Why are myself, and several other customers waiting 30 minutes for hot n ready, and you got some seriously overweight lady who works here standing right beside the front door smoking. Like seriously, this is not cool: can someone get her back to work? . And it’s 5:30pm, dinner time, get some hot n ready pizzas in stock. This is every time we come to this location. Which means this is the last.

This is the second time I or a family member have ordered AHEAD of time, and not only was the food NOT ready but they also lied about not having the materials to make it , as they were still making OTHER pizzas! Both orders had been made the morning of, giving PLENTY of notice. They did NOT inform me or the family member that the materials they “didn’t “ have were available. There should have been COMMUNICATION prior to us arriving at the location to pick up the orders. We should NOT have been informed once we got there. Especially if our information was put down for the orders . When expressing these concerns to associates they were rude, aggressive, and had no sympathy whatsoever.

Just got a pizza, it was cold and old tasting. It was room temp at best. The worker was less than friendly. It was only open 17 minutes how is everything not fresh. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

I love pizza but yesterday my mom was getting me and my brother pizza and when we were in the line I said why is the pepperoni pizza cheeseer than cheese and after I said that lots of cars were leaving and the placed the order and then left like if they were annoyed when we got the window she order a cheese pizza and we found out why "that will be 30-40 minutes" 30 MINUTES LIKE GIRL I WANT MY PIZZA HOT N READY NOT WARN AND SLOW also the pizza is fine never want inside the service is kinda bad but one star I wish I could put 0 stars

Slow tonight...I mean the crew, not the business. Took 5 minutes to have my order taken (there was no one in front of me), then was told there would be a 45 minute wait. They weren't that busy, just that slow. The crew in the back were chatting it up and taking their time. I understand getting the orders right, but a little expediency would be appreciated.
They never seem to have food ready. Not even hot and now items.

Overall not too bad. The stuffed crust pizzas were really good but the thin crusts were over cooked. Aside from that the employees were really nice and my order was ready when I arrived for pickup.
45 minutes for a hot n ready pizza is utterly ridiculous. This location needs to get it together or shut down. Stop riding the clock and taking advantage of the company. Hire some people and stick true to your brand. You can't walk up here or anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
