Every time we come to this store they never have pizzas hot and ready used to not be but a 10-minute wait for pizzas now that the new employee is in there she just told me it was an hour and 20 minute wait for four pepperoni pizzas will not be back to this location unless it gets new employees and different management with this new employee in there that works to drive through window and the front counter I wish I could give a zero star for her because all it is is she was lazy and didn't want to do nothing they were all sitting out back and she looked at me like I was stupid because I asked her how she was doing this afternoon like I was just the worst person in the world for coming to order pizza if you hate your job that much find another one people like the lady that working the window in the front counter is the reason why fast food industries is going downhill

Really very random level of service, or lack of it. Different people all the time and not just from different shifts either. Their dress and demeanor are as wildly random as the wait times.

Went to this location at 10:45 am today Saturday August 9 2025 waiting at the window and few minutes nobody ever came to it the pulled around front and the door was locked even though it was past opening time a girl inside appear to be coming to open the door but went to cell phone instead then decided to come open the door and turn the sign on by that time I had already crank my car up and was leaving she motion for me to come in but I left these kids at this location!

Had to give a star but they don't deserve one . Customer service is terrible, attitudes of employees terrible, No pizzas ready, drive thru line backed up 6 cars deep, when you go inside employees do not even acknowledge you are there then after ignoring you and walking around in the kitchen for 10 -15 minutes come up with an attitude to tell you there's a 35 minute wait for pizza you can leave and come back. Definitely would not recommend!!!!!

If you have a long time to wait for your pizza then this is the place to go! Food is ok at best but takes at least 45 minutes to get a pizza, doesn’t make sense!

If this gave me the option, it would get 0 stars. My husband came in to order a pizza and no one came up to him for over 10 minutes. Employees were walking around in the kitchen in sight and wouldn’t acknowledge him so we left. Every time we have came to this location they never have pizzas hot and ready. We’ve had to wait an hour every time. We will not be back!

I bought 2 pretzel stuffed pizza and after we were done we ended up in the bathroom for 2 days off and on.
After waiting at the window for around 10 minutes, I back up to run over the cord to ding bell inside and the women opened the window and got mad at me for back up, then after pulling back up she stuck her head back inside and I waited another several minutes, then when she came back she asked me “what you want” I told her I had a online, my name she rolled her eyes and turned around to grab my pizza handed it to me and as I was saying thank you she very aggressively slams the window, I understand you work at pizza place on Sunday but that is no reason to be a mast person ma’am

Just ordered the ultimate cheese/2 - 10.00 pizzas on door dash.. gave us regular cheese pizzas, probably setting on the hot rack../ to keep from making fresh extra cheese - yea we noticed
