The last 3 times I've gotten pizza from there. The staff are rude, and the pizza is so thin you can see through it. And that is supposed to be their hot and ready, in which it's never hot and ready. It's always a damn 20 to 30min wait. Stop playing that damn radio so loud where you can't hear customers, and do what you're getting paid to do. I own my business and if any of my guys are acting like this, they'd be gone.

Placed a decent size order for 15 kids with a few hours in advance. Just before i pulled up I got a email saying my order was cancelled 2 minutes before arriving, went in and told them my order was canceled and they said it was to big of a order to fulfill. SERIOUSLY you couldn’t call me a few hours ago and tell me that! They were rude, slow, aggressive and childish. Never coming back, they lost my business 100%. Ended up going to Dominoes.

Hot and ready to me means order at the window and be handed the food. Not pay first and be told to pull around to the front to wait for 20 minutes while they make the food.

Waited over an hour on a online order of 2 pizzas and bread sticks, pizzas wasn't good at all and the bread sticks has no seasoning on them as they usually do.. after we arrived at the drive thru we were told it wasn't ready even though the app said it was, we then waited 45 more minutes only to find out it had been read and was in the warmer..

Why are myself, and several other customers waiting 30 minutes for hot n ready, and you got some seriously overweight lady who works here standing right beside the front door smoking. Like seriously, this is not cool: can someone get her back to work? . And it’s 5:30pm, dinner time, get some hot n ready pizzas in stock. This is every time we come to this location. Which means this is the last.

This is the second time I or a family member have ordered AHEAD of time, and not only was the food NOT ready but they also lied about not having the materials to make it , as they were still making OTHER pizzas! Both orders had been made the morning of, giving PLENTY of notice. They did NOT inform me or the family member that the materials they “didn’t “ have were available. There should have been COMMUNICATION prior to us arriving at the location to pick up the orders. We should NOT have been informed once we got there. Especially if our information was put down for the orders . When expressing these concerns to associates they were rude, aggressive, and had no sympathy whatsoever.
