Will not eat at anything from here, chicken nuggets aren't real chicken and starts off as powder, they use the cheapest fries that bugs won't even eat and you cannot process any of the food there. Bears won't even eat this!!!

Please stop making me pull up to the parking spot, then wait even longer for my food. Stop changing the way drive thur as always been. This "NEW" method may work for your employees but not for your PAYING CUSTOMERS. I will go to another location.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Always very slow. Just waited 20 min on food along with the next 10 cars behind me. We were all asked to park and wait. Happens all the time here and the staff could care less

So, they left out a gravy biscuit, I called to talked to Misty, the manager, she was super nice. Told me to get it on my next visit. So I tried that I told them at the speaker before I started my order, get to the window to pick up the food the gravy biscuit want in there I started telling the girls at the window what I was missing about talking to Misty, they was telling the manager that was there I could see her off to the side so I leaned forward so I could talk to her and she moves around the corner where I couldn't see her, running her mouth I just told the girls at the window not to worry about it. I would call and talk to Misty, but figured this would suffice me. My thing is if you don't want to talk to the customer leave your "team" members to handle a manager's job i know there not getting manager pay. THEN YOU SHOULDNT BE A MANGER. I PRAY YALL HAVE A GOOD DAY, AND I PRAY YOUR MANAGER GETS SOME TRAINING.
I was a little disappointed with my experience I purchased through my app I had requested that I have double caramel in my caramel frappe or extra drizzle and I did not get this the order was not ready when I got there I had to wait on it. My experience with this particular McDonald's has never been that great

Came to the drive thru with no one else therenat 3:55 PM on a Thursday. Paid and went to the pickup window. After a wait was given my drink and ask to pull forward. After 4 cars that came after me and 15 min later, I went inside to get the status of my Quarter Pound combo. After getting no attention, I looked around into a well populated prep area and ask about my order. The person turned around and there was my order sitting there. Fries were just warm but I was in a rush. Last time I stop at this location off US 321 in Lincolnton. Should have gone to the Wendy's just down the street.
