We expected it to be another McDonald's, but while we were ordering, we were interrupted by the girl at the drive thru. When we got our food, the other lady didn't barely speak a word to us. There wasn't much caramel or ice cream in the caramel sundae. Overall not a friendly staff.

The McDonald's in Lincolnton North Carolina is a clean innate establishment, and their staff is exceptional for a fast food restaurant. However, of changes that McDonald's have made within their restaurant, making the kiosk a priority over cashiers, is annoying. This aggravation is in no way a reflection of the fine staff at this facility and the quality of their food.

I made an online order for breakfast at 10:45 when I got to the store at 11 to pick it up, the manager told me she was no longer making breakfast and when I ordered my food she did not pick that ticket because it was too close to 11:00. She had 15 mins to make sure my order was ready.. She stated that she does this all the time and it wasnt her responsibility to make sure customer is there before 11. It was 11:03 by the time I LEFT this McDonalds. The manager refused to make my order and stated I would get a refund in several days for the order SHE deliberately chose not to make. I called the store to ask for the managers name and the girl who answered did not want to give it to me and said uh i dont know maybe her names April. 1419 E Main st. Lincolnton nc 28092 Is the location I was at. If someone puts in an order, the store should make it and have it ready for the customer. Even IF they get there AT 11am for pick up. This shows that McDonalds does not serve breakfast until 11. They serve breakfast until The morning manager stops picking online orders BEFORE 11. She was very unprofessional and rude about the whole situation and refused to return my money. She said I had to wait several days

Please someone explain to me how they can serve 50 people at the drive thru before a curbside order that was entered before the cars in the drive thru. Burger and nuggets were good. Fries were soggy.
