Went today and they served me two apple pies that are at least 3/4 days old they were hard and dried out . As if they had been sitting for days the apples were hard and it was almost like a apple cracker!

Absolutely ridiculous!! I pay 30$ for food, get to the second window and ask for BBQ sauce for my fries. I was told I could only get some if I had .25¢ for each BBQ sauce that I wanted. I looked around and didn’t have any change in my car. So I was told I couldn’t get BBQ sauce. That’s absolutely ridiculous! I spend 30$ on food and I can’t have sauce with my fries. Just need to eat them dry!!? Na, I’m not going to this McDonalds anymore. I’ll go to one of the competitors and spend my 30$ there where they give you sauce for 0$. Glad that .50¢ cost you a frequent customer on a 30$ check. Absolutely insane!!!!

Honestly for a McDonald’s franchise you’d think the management would be better for starters I come through frequently and there is always some issue last time I asked for no onions whole bun was covered and the ticket read no onions. I was thinking it was a common mistake. Well I came through again in my to charlotte they proceed to ask me for my code I provide it. The lady says she cannot hear me I repeat knowing how the system can be turning off my music and ac. I repeated four times respectfully and as I’m pulling up for my food I hear the lady who took my order swearing and complaining about me not speaking up. Guess what everyone up front had ear buds in. Maybe if management would improve on these little issues and following policy customers would not have a negative response. Just a thought I’ll be taking my lunch to charlotte else where from now on.

I presented my code from the app, cashier made a mistake and asked me for my code again, of course it would not work since you can only use this particular code once per day, she called her manager they both looked at the code and said it is invalid, they both turned around and walked away. In my experience around the Charlotte area poor customer service is typical at most locations, in fact its pitiful at some. Don't worry about any more negative reviews from me , I'll stick to Chick-fil-A for fast food! You all can have it!!!

Ive been to the place about 5 times and it's been a shitty experience every time...like today I go and order a large coffee and a caramel frappe and didn't give a straw and when I asked for one it not only took 5 minutes to go and get one but the little smart ass that brought me my drinks I could see her say under her breath (oh my god) and I asked her as nice as I could considering they brought me a drink that takes a straw to drink....so to the workers if you don't like someone asking for something you should have brought to begin with then get a different job cuz your not cut out for customer service....I'll never go back to this store again and non of my family will either they only got 1 star because it wouldn't me give a minus

Ordered the grinch meal. The Big Mac one. Asked for just no sauce on it. They gave me just bun meat bun meat cheese bun. No lettuce pickles or anything. Dry meat. Sorry excuse of workers they have. Going to the one up the street from now on

I was driving to Raleigh and stopped in for a quick breakfast. I ordered on the app and picked it up inside.

The store was clean (even the bathroom) and the workers were friendly.

My sausage biscuit with cheese looked microwaved and the cheese wasn’t fully melted, but it tasted ok.

It's almost comical how poorly operated this location is. Food is routinely cold and/or undercooked, fries often soggy and lacking salt.

If you visit the drive thru, you will almost always be sent to an overflow spot to park. If that happens, kiss your afternoon goodbye. You will be forgotten. Your order will never come. Sitting in an overflow spot is a frustrating cycle of periodically rolling down your window to an employee asking if XYZ random box of food they are holding is your order. Because apparently, even though the orders are numbered and they send you to a specific numbered spot to park, none of them bother communicating it to one another. This happens virtually every visit, but I guess that's on me since the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

We expected it to be another McDonald's, but while we were ordering, we were interrupted by the girl at the drive thru. When we got our food, the other lady didn't barely speak a word to us. There wasn't much caramel or ice cream in the caramel sundae. Overall not a friendly staff.
