The McDonald's in Lincolnton North Carolina is a clean innate establishment, and their staff is exceptional for a fast food restaurant. However, of changes that McDonald's have made within their restaurant, making the kiosk a priority over cashiers, is annoying. This aggravation is in no way a reflection of the fine staff at this facility and the quality of their food.

I was a little disappointed with my experience I purchased through my app I had requested that I have double caramel in my caramel frappe or extra drizzle and I did not get this the order was not ready when I got there I had to wait on it. My experience with this particular McDonald's has never been that great

The store was clean (even the bathroom) and the workers were friendly.
My sausage biscuit with cheese looked microwaved and the cheese wasn’t fully melted, but it tasted ok.
