Not a good place to eat at all. I only eat fast food once or twice a year and only out of convenience anyway but if you're someone who eats it a lot, I don't recommend going to this one.

Had ordered a nugget happy meal with a small coke & double fries, a quarter pounder double deluxe meal with the new mcdonaldsland shake, a two cheeseburger meal with fries and a drink. They missed a medium fry, a shake, completely made the drinks incorrectly; swapping the dr pepper and coke in two different sizes, hadn't given us the happy meal at all. Then when we addressed the happy meal, they got it incorrectly putting slices instead of fries. Then regarding the happymeal, a woman had threw everything in out of frustration for their mistake. All the while they were goofing off in the back and acting like morons. We were in Aug 27 around 4pm. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
This was massively disappointing and I will not be going here again. :/

This place is getting better. The McDonald’s down the road by the car washes a better one to go to One day I drove up to grab some food for the kids and there was a sign on the window that said closed we have no help. I have to admit that was the first time I’ve ever seen that at McDonald’s store. I’ve been going there for 50 years. They’ve been getting a lot better at the drive-through.

So It was getting late around 7:30 pm and I had just left work so I decided to order mcdonalds through the app to save time so I opened the app and it said the restaurant close to my house was open so I put my order in and paid for got to the store to pick it up and they were closed I seen some employees in the parking lot and asked how do I get refunded they looked at me like I was a freaking idiot so I'm out almost 10 dollars but it will be the last time I can gauntee that

This McDonald’s by BP is a joke. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles and somehow ended up with a bun and cheese—no hamburger patties at all. On top of that, the boy working the drive-thru was rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about customers. I don’t expect much from fast food, but when you can’t even get the burger part of a burger right, that’s pathetic. Management seriously needs to get it together.

Terrible customer service!! Some people shouldn’t work with the public. Too lazy to bring out condiments . I just wonder how long she was gonna make us wait if my husband hadn’t went in and got them himself after she was gonna bring them out!!!

The Worst McDonald’s in America!
Yes, that’s right: there should be a sign on the door that says, This is the worst McDonald’s in America — proceed with caution.
Every time I stop by this McDonald’s after work at 7:20 a.m., something unbelievable happens — every single time! Once, my coffee smelled like the hand cream used by the girl who was packing my order. Another time, I was given orange juice diluted with water (I asked for a replacement and got an even worse version). I regularly receive cold cappuccinos. One time, they gave me two cheeseburgers without the patties.
Keep in mind, it usually takes them 30 minutes to prepare an order. Today, I waited 40 minutes for just two burgers. When I asked them to hurry up, one of the employees (a short, toothless elderly lady) looked at me with disdain and said, You’ll have to wait, there are many people ahead of you.
