Me and my husband went for food and it was horrible. The food was fine but these people was lost on how to run this place. The manager was screaming orders but nothing was going well. Everybody stood at the counter waiting on the food for well over 10 minutes. I seen one customer take his food back up because it was wrong. I will just keep doing my business with the one up there on 70 in hickory cause this one doesn't deserve to be open.

McDonald’s is usually safe especially since its breakfast however this time the English muffins were hard as rocks, like they were stale or just sat for a looong time. Don’t think I will hit this place up again

Went there at 8 pm last night to drive thru had to wait 45 minutes just to get to place to order some guy act totally stupid act like he couldn't hear keep asking me over and over what I was saying and I was taking extra loud even people in car behind me could hear me so I was pretty loud. Ask for two Grinch meal just to be told we stop selling them at a certain time. Well I never heard this they should advertise this so people would know. So I order two combos after each time he kept rushing me and in a rude tone keep say you want anything else and I said yes and he said well what now I also order a 40 piece chicken nuggets and he keep telling he can only do 20 pieces and I know other wise cause I gotten a 40 piece so many times before. Finally he said fine if that's what you want I get it for you then he said what kind of sauce I said some of all different one just to tell me NO you get what I give. Also in the back ground he talking saying this is bullshit that there is so many people up here well I finally place the order not what I really wanted but I figured after 45 minutes wait I mind as well get something then I had to wait another 20 minutes at the window so e lady was there so maybe the guy step away. Got food fries cold and big Mac was just disgusting the chicken nuggets was ok not as good as normal but I mainly got them for my cats and dogs. The food made me sick and I suffer all night. I also ask that guy about this frozen Grinch lemonade and he said he never heard of that well clearly its advertised on the Internet. They are all mess up in the head or just don't give a crap either way I won't be back to that location. Husband got two Mac ribs which was cold and taste like it been seating there all day. I advice no one to go to this location
It's a nice store, roomy dining area; spacious, even. The service, however.....well, you can definitely tell it's second shift, and there are a bunch of kids working with no real life experience, work ethic or customer skills. UGH!!!

Fries cold and not salted at all and nuggets overcooked. Ordered a large Frappe and recieved a medium and was gave an attitude when asked to fix it as they were worried more about the drive thru than the 10 people standing waiting on their food. Workers are too busy on their phone and giving free food to their family and friends to worry about paying customers.

The way one of the employees were talking to kory the manager is very unacceptable and very rude yelling at her he was tall wore black glasses black hair I think he was afraican American it will be awhile before I go back.
