Terrible customer service!! Some people shouldn’t work with the public. Too lazy to bring out condiments . I just wonder how long she was gonna make us wait if my husband hadn’t went in and got them himself after she was gonna bring them out!!!

The Worst McDonald’s in America!
Yes, that’s right: there should be a sign on the door that says, This is the worst McDonald’s in America — proceed with caution.
Every time I stop by this McDonald’s after work at 7:20 a.m., something unbelievable happens — every single time! Once, my coffee smelled like the hand cream used by the girl who was packing my order. Another time, I was given orange juice diluted with water (I asked for a replacement and got an even worse version). I regularly receive cold cappuccinos. One time, they gave me two cheeseburgers without the patties.
Keep in mind, it usually takes them 30 minutes to prepare an order. Today, I waited 40 minutes for just two burgers. When I asked them to hurry up, one of the employees (a short, toothless elderly lady) looked at me with disdain and said, You’ll have to wait, there are many people ahead of you.
In short — I do not recommend this McDonald’s.

Placed an order online and paid 30.00. I was missing 3 items and still couldn’t get refunded. The lady I talked to that worked at McDonald’s said it wasn’t her problem once it leaves the store. They need to learn how to speak to people! And hire people that can that can successfully fulfill orders. The biscuit I did get was harder than a rock. Will not be eating here ever. I would not suggest the McDonald’s on 2530 East Main Street

I just wanted to acknowledge an employer at the lincolnton location 2530 east main Street to be exact! Mr.Evan. he ran drive through today and i want to acknowledge his skills. He had alot of patience. Was really kind to us and did his job well. So thankful fir his service.
