They got mad cuz my friends ordered the wrong house well not Pizza Hut herself the workers the worker dropping off the pizza got mad cuz my friend ordered to the wrong house then besides to call me and yell at me for it so that's why they got one star rude customer service

Pizza is ALWAYS good from Papa Johns...and service was great! Love the calling center, ordering is personal, easy and quick.
Delivery was the only good thing. Garlic Breadsticks were so greasy they bled through the pizza box onto the already greasy ,super greasy NY Pizza they call it. It was Spicy and I like spice but this was a weird spicy taste, the cheese sticks were gross too. First time I've had this severe of an issue and I order like once a week, every two weeks at the least so that was it for us,never AGAIN! You can see from pics we only ate a few slices and barely anything bc it was so unappealing and unappetizing! Look at the grease through the boxes in the pics and grease sitting on top of everything. I don't mind grease but not soaked into my food like it was dipped!( March 29th 2024 at 7pm we ordered from this establishment). If I could give no stars, I would! Meal was 51$, and tip was $13.Update: it is April 24th and we still have not ordered from here again. I hope my review helps!

Ordered one pizza at 7:45pm tonight, started tracking my order and at 9:pm, although pizza was out for delivery was all of a sudden cancelled. Called store, spoke to “supposedly” female manager who said I’d have to take the matter up with Grubhub and then hung up on me!!! I will NEVER order from this establishment again. They need to learn customer service skills!!!!! Still not sure why pizza was cancelled when I was tracking it! Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced and will NOT EVER order from this place again! Ordered from Domino’s and had my pizza within 20 minutes!!!!!!!
