What has happened to Pizza Hut in Lincolton NC I kept trying to call and remember that I called few weeks ago it kept saying closed so today I decided to go by and see if they finally shut dow but to my surprise it was open or supposed to be open my husband went to open the door it was locked then a silver car pulled up with 2 ladies in it carrying food from cookout she said we open now I was like ok then one unlocked the door ask what you want was very rude I’m like ok we placed our order they slam stuff around so we went back to car to wait this place use to be one of the best places in Lincolton what has happened I managed places all my life never seen a place go down like this it’s really sad because I know it won’t last long like this you have to have a team and want to save this place then parked their car at the door unbelievable I just can’t see any owner letting this go on I never post about anything but this was just unbelievable

I placed an order online for myself and co- workers for lunch, stood outside my whole lunch break and no one ever showed up. There went my lunch break, no one ate lunch that day and evenings was mad as hell because I finally got one person on the phone and they kept trying to put me through to someone else who didn't even exist. So I listened to the same songs and advertising for 45 minutes at lease and we're past pissed off.... they knew no one was at that location

I recently purchased a Large Stuffed Pepperoni Pizza, and a Large Baked Ziti with Meat sauce. Cheese bread and Garlic Bread . This was the best Pizza We have eaten in a long time. Thank You Pizza Hut Employees Who worked This past Saturday for a job well done, The food was fresh,hot and absolutely delicious. Thanks again?

People that work here are the most rude and disrespectful that have ever answered the phone. I just wanted to know how late they were open since it doesn't match to what shows online. Just shut this place down already. It's obvious these people don't care and get away with doing the bare minimum.
I went in Sunday night and ordered a personal pizza ham and let's just say it wasn't up to standard. The general manager called me and asked if she could make another pizza to give them another chance. I said yeah that's fine. She ended up going above and beyond and making me a couple of extra things and this time it was really good. Thank you!

Do not patronize this business! They need to be shut down and dealt with by Pizza Hut corporateThis location is committing fraud regularly! They are accepting orders online, charging customers money while they are not open. They are also making it incredibly difficult to try to get a refund. You can never actually talk to anyone, you call the main customer service number for Pizza Hut and you get some call center who tells you it's going to take one to three business days for them to get back to you and they never do.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 1/10/24 online, got a confirmation email and estimated time. Get a text from doordash that my order is being sent via them. Check doordash for an update and my order was canceled. No one at stores answers, customer service # I found was no help and said oh we'll refund your money in 7-10 days. I shouldn't have to wait that long for a refund if it was still processing, they should have been able to cancel the transaction, however Card was still charged for almost $50 and no food ever received from pizza hut and no refundEnded up going to dominoes and getting food.

Ordered a pizza online this evening and went to pick it up at 5:30 p.m. and it was closed. There were other people in the parking lot dealing with the same thing including a door dash person. Shut down the online ordering system if you can’t offer the service!

Placed an online order around 5:45, website said pick up at 6:05pm. Arrived at the restaurant to a locked door. Tried calling and the automated message said the location is closed. Eventually someone popped their head out and said "I canceled all the orders. We are closed" No refund and no explanation.
