First time here. This is an ice cream place for people that really love ice cream.

Scoops used to be a great place to go, but as of recent, it has been a joke. On one occasion the ice cream we had ordered was made wrong (chunky monkey). The most recent time we went and we were trying to use the rewards points that we got for signing up for the rewards program. The staff who was in there did not know how to do it and said the manager never taught them. Then she got an attitude and said fine I'll just do this and tried to discount the ice cream, but at that point it is a joke. Might as well just go to Morgan's icecream. You may pay more but the customer service is better.

I love this place it gives me really good memories of my friend and I having a sleepover not too long ago. Their raspberry ice cream is really good but they are pretty expensive.
