I love scooters and everyone always seems so friendly except for one girl. I went there today and gave the young girl my card to pay and just as she was handing me my card, the black lady there was practically shoving my drink tray in my face. Didn't even try to give me time to put my card up. That lady is ALWAYS rude when I come through there. We need a Scooters in Stanley NC!

Never had a problem out of this location in Lincolnton NC till today about 2 pm. Me and husband went and I order sugar cookies cappuccino and he got candy cane hot chocolate and candy cane cinnamon rolls we ask for two get to window and the African American young girl wasn't that nice at all. She didn't tell us a total and she only gave us one cinnamon roll and when we ask for the second one she ignored us and some other lady came to the window and said you only paid for one I said well give me my receipt so I can see and she said we don't give receipts also ask which drink was which she said when I couldn't tell you so if this is the service I get I won't be back

There's a person that works there that is incredibly rude. She is generally just unpleasant but today she was rude because she didn't know whose order she was supposed to be filled at which time. She wouldn't even listen to the people she was working with which pointed out which order was supposed to be given and even demanded that I pay for another customer's order after I have already paid for my own.
Well. I got a pumpkin spice latte and it was chunky…I asked them to redo it or take off the whip cream. One of the lady’s yelled and said “well that’s what they ordered” no it wasn’t. I didn’t want a chunky expired coffee. They said they were changing it and handed it back. Same drink. No change. They are usually very good but not this time.

Got two smoothies and the new sliders One smoothie had zero ice balls in it and was good. The sliders were great! My shake however was literally full of ice cubes it was XL
