Mainly ice in my venti shaken espresso. I don’t understand the point in ordering a $7 large coffee when over half of it is ice. Tasted okay and good customer service though!

Being busy isn't an excuse for treating your customers like they're beneath you. We didn't receive our full order from the drive thru, and when I went inside to get the rest my meal no one acknowledged my presence at the counter. Then when I was finally acknowledged, the "manager" treated me as if I was an inconvenience to her. She was rude when I asked for the Sriracha they left out of both of my meals and grabbed everything out and handed me 30+ packets and then threw the box on the ground. Every employee finally looked at me and gave me the rudest look I have ever received from employees. It's sad when I go across the street to Bojangles and they treat me with more respect and I spend a fraction there. Apparently customer service is a thing of the past. You'll never get another dime from me or my family.

Ordered ahead through the app, but the drink wasn't ready upon arrival. Waited an extended amount of time to receive my order. The inside wasn't busy, but the drive-thru was. My drink wasn't good, so I tossed it after a few sips.

Literally waited 23 minutes for a tall iced coffee that was placed through the mobile app. After waiting 20minutes and realizing it wasn't due to the "rush", I asked one of the baristas. Who then found my labeled and started cup at the drive through window, to be forgotten.

I'm only in Lincolnton due to the extreme weather causing power outage at my home in WNC, so I was not exactly trying to waste time.

I go there everyday and get the same thing. I have told them several times that they are not heating the bacon sausage egg wrap properly. The past 3 times it is cold in the center. Not that hard to fix!!!!! Shouldn't we be temping food items before we serve them?

I used to not even bother worrying about Starbucks until I found something I absolutely loved! Carmel ribbon cookie crunch(EXTRA CARMEL!) is absolutely AMAZING and I want 4 a day if I could! I only wish the app had deals like McDonald's or burger King. It just seems too long before you're able to accumulate much.

I've read the reviews but I have to say that I had a great experience here. The store is clean, plenty of seating and space to chill out. The customer service was great and they allowed me to try a sample of a particular coffee before buying a large. They also ground my coffee beans that I bought as a courtesy.The atmosphere is very chill, relaxed and laid back. Overall, I had a great experience and interaction with the staff. I would recommend this location if you're in the area.
