Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Waited in line 45 minutes this trip. Every other trip have waited at least 30 minutes. Terrible.
Very busy drive through so went inside. Quickly waited on and drink was out timely

0/10 this place will make you wait forever and give you someone else's drink. The drive through employees (esp the window person) should be re-trained or replaced. They are giving out the wrong order so often and take so long to get the drinks, I am choosing to take my business to literally any other coffee shop. FYI it's a lawsuit waiting to happen when people have allergies and your staff cant get any orders right

I always have the best customer service experience here. The baristas here are so warm and welcoming. They look you in the eyes when speaking to you and with a kind smile. Love this Starbucks!!

I’m not sure who the lady is who runs the window, but I come here almost every Thursday, and she has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She always has something positive or kind to say and reminds me to stay joyful.

Don't waste your time going to this location for holiday launch items because the employees take them all to their cars before the store opens while a line of customers are waiting to get them. Items are not even available for sell and they're already on ebay listed by employees.

I came into this store today and two lady's behind the counter had such a rude attitude. I watched them blatantly disrespect a doordash driver. They both told him they were making it and continued to do other things. And not help him. They got out two other delivery orders while he was standing there. I will not be returning.

This is the slowest Starbucks ever! we have 30 minutes for a break I have been to the surrounding businesses and got my stuff and been back in time for break but instead standing in the Starbucks line take up your whole entire break. I barely make it back to class on time.

I no longer place a pick up order to go inside because they never greet you or ask what the name on the order is. They just stare at you and/or ignore you. So I go through drive thru now, and this past time my food was cold and was not toasted. I don’t have the time nor do I care to go inside and ask for it to be toasted when going through the drive thru. I will say I never had an issue with my drinks but it’s very hard to mess up a refresher/tea. Debating on going to the Starbucks in Ingles because they seem to be better.

This is the best Starbucks I've been to. The order is correct every time, fast excellent customer service. Thank you for the training and care put forth into making this location one of the best. I think the management of this location should be put in charge of training classes for other locations and at minimum corporate needs to gather ideas from this management team/owners to use as a guideline for other stores. Thank you to this management/owner for going above and beyond for this store.
