The employees treat you very badly, the service is terrible, and the place is a mess. The drink dispenser is incredibly dirty (full of mold) where the drinks come out, I'm not exaggerating! Imagine what we can't see.

So I tried to find a survey or something but can’t. I went a few days ago and was behind a lady in a motorized Walmart cart. This lady was rude and just overall unpleasant. The two young men at the counter (I believe Conner and Skyler? I got their names but lost my note) handled all her problems with the most patience I have seen in a while. The lady complained that the lettuce looked “too brown” (it was fine) and had them grab a new bag out just to appease her.
These two young workers did fantastic, even while she was being difficult the other took and finished my order.
I talked to the manager but unfortunately did not get her name. I wanted to make sure she knew they did well when handling this lady.
People are so quick to leave nasty or negative reviews when things don’t go their way, it takes nothing to leave something positive.
Btw my lunch was good ✌🏻😁

1:40pm on the 11th Ordered two 6in meals tuna and BMT (there was no white bread) which is fine it happens but the short little girl working with the 2year pin on her hat has a very crappy attitude. Customer service smile and take the order. Act happy. Some how you made getting a sandwich a crappy experience. I wish we could’ve had the lady with glasses take our order.

The quality of their sandwiches has declined immensely the quality in the sandwich has gone down and the prices have gone up the workers are not courteous and management is no better after years of buying Subway we are done

The worker Nate started off by asking why I need a sandwich late at night. Some people work jobs where they get off late. I ruined the guys date but sheesh.

They basically scammed me out of my gift card. I bought a wrap for 8$ and they said they couldn't make a wrap so they lied to me and said i could get a refund on the app but that's not an option on the app so i basically got scammed.
I just did a online order with this restaurant. I ordered a steak and cheese combo and a Italian sub combo neither one of them was toasted and I did not receive my drinks .I tried calling them and they keep hanging up on me...NEVER AGAIN,

Place an order for pick up an hour before I needed it and it got cancelled on us as we walked in. When we walked in we were told 3 different stories at to why. 1. They were told to close early 2. Ran out of ingredients 3. Oven turned off so they had to cancel it. Not to mention I called twice prior to check in and it ran straight through.

I will never order food from here again, I paid for double meat on a salad bowl and did not get it, my chicken Dipper's are so hard i can't eat them... now they will not answer the phone, they keep picking it up then hanging up ... This is not the first time that I have had an issue with service from this location... And yet somehow there's nobody ever to talk to unless you go to the location... unfortunately, people who don't have cars around these parts get the short end of the stick ???
I do not recommend ordering from here, replace them with a photo booth....
