Food( meat and bread) hidden behind metal cover. At subway you are supposed to see everything. Gave me the wrong bread. She said I was lying. Would not fix it.

BEST Subway, by FAR, in Lincolnton !!We have frequented This particular Subway for 20 years and have ALWAYS found it far superior to the other two Subways in town.( we HAVE tried the other two Subways periodically, over the years, as management and service tends to change :) )THIS restaurant always prepares and "rolls" their sandwiches as they are meant to be. They always pay attention to detail/instructions, even when receiving orders from their app or website.Whenever ordering from a delivery service, the orders come from another Subway, 0.8 miles away. THEIR sandwiches are always Very sloppy, sometimes to the point that their Subway wrapper doesn't even cover the sandwich.Vegetarian options: N/A.Parking: Located in a shopping center, and on the less trafficked end.Hundreds of parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Family/Kid friendly. i genuinely don’t understand how you can mess up 2 orders that are so simple. i doordashed this order and spent $40 just to get 2 subs that isn’t anything like we asked. like GENUINELY how do you mess up a order that has a few ingredients? HOW? whoever made my order needs to be fired or something, i’m pregnant and craved subway only for it to be the absolute COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WHAG I ORDERED?

We ordered our food online because I had a coupon lol.Anyways, when we went in to pick up we sat down to eat and my sub was very cold. Felt like the steak hadn't been heated up.The employees remade the whole sandwich for me and gave us some drinks for waiting. We didn't mind. They truly went above and beyond trying to make sure our visit went well. We will definitely be going back again. I wish I would have gotten the two girls names that was working.Everything in the cases was fully stocked and restaurant was very clean.Definitely 5 stars across the board.We went a while back and didn't have such a good experience but we decided to give it another shot and I'm so happy we did

The food was fine but the service was dreadful. On Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm I came in with my parents. The three employees behind the counter were too busy having personal conversations to greet us and when I requested one of them to replace the drink syrup, she forgot because she decided to make herself a meal. When I asked again after several minutes she cursed out loud. This location needs a serious change in staff attitude.

The employees were so rude, my friend asked for salt and pepper on his sub and she drowned it with oil and vinegar instead. There were customers who needed lids for their cups and the employee made them dig through the cabinets to find some when that’s not their place to do so! I asked her for specific ingredients and she repeatedly forgot they had them when they were in front of her. They seem to not be very professional with customer service!!!
