Absolutely blown away by Sumosacake! They created the most stunning mermaid cake for my daughter’s 6th birthday, and it was nothing short of magical. From the shimmering scales to the delicate seashells and ocean-inspired colors, the attention to detail was incredible, like something out of a fairy tale. Not only did it look amazing, but the cake tasted just as good as it looked! Moist, flavorful, and perfectly sweet. Everyone at the party was raving about it, and my daughter couldn’t stop smiling.

Sumosa’s Bakery made a special order (gluten free and vegan) cake for our daughter’s wedding. Rachel did a fantastic job! The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious (lemon blueberry)! We highly recommend!!

We used Rachel for our Wedding cake and cupcakes on 6.8.24 and they were amazing!!! The guests raved about the cupcakes (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry champagne, and blueberry lemon). My friend loved them so much she had to eat multiple of each declaring they all were delicious, and her favorite was the blueberry lemon. Rachel even had Gluten Free & Vegan cupcakes for family members that needed both AND she made our cake Gluten Free because I (the bride) am GF. She even delivered to our venue, which was probably an hour or more for her to drive, and set up everything perfectly! We also get a free one year anniversary cake so we didn't need to worry about trying to freeze anything afterwards. Rachel even went above and beyond to meet us in the south charlotte area for a tasting. I HIGHLY recommend her cakes and using her for your wedding!!
