I DoorDash about half of the week (usually night shift) and every time I go into the Taco Bell in Lincolnton everyone is always super nice! there is a short white woman with short brown hair and a medium height brunette man (I wish I knew their names lol) who usually are working during night shift and they are always very welcoming even when they are busy and overwhelmed. Always super friendly and I’m always happy to pick up orders when I see them! - pink haired DoorDash driver

Only people in drive through waited at the window while our food sat there and the worker was on his phone for 7 minutes gave me the wrong food and when they remade it it was lazy and not cooked all the way and fries were freezing cold

I always go through the drive through. My favorite items are the Cantina crispy tacos and the nachos. They are fast and always friendly.
It's cheap food and you can almost convinced yourself that it's healthy. The biggest challenge is finding a clean table.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla from Taco Bell and this is what I got… ice cold, not grilled, and barely any cheese inside. It was dry, flimsy, and honestly looked like someone just slapped a little sauce on a tortilla and folded it over. A quesadilla is supposed to be warm, melty, and full of cheese – this was the complete opposite. Really disappointing. However, I did speak to Paul and he was very nice, apologized, and offered to remake it.

was rushed by the team member in the drive thru speaker. she was not polite. cheesy bean and rice burrito + red sauce was all bean and didn’t have any red sauce. ordered two that way. they’re both horrible. bit into a weird tasting piece of chicken as well. not a good experience
