I waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes. My order was incorrect: cold fries, the wrong sandwiches, and one sandwich missing completely. no receipt given or in bag. The service is AWFUL. I cant get an answer on the phone to correct their mistakes. 40 bucks down the drain. I wont be coming back.

Waited 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. They take the order, recieve the payment, make the food and give it to the customer before they even talk to the next one. It was only after I drove off that I realized they forgot my fries. I dont know whos in charge, but they've been slow for a while now.

They did get my order right, it's a rare thing at Wendy's! Very slow to take the order, average wait time for being ready. It was hot& custom made. Very pleased- I will go to this particular location again. Maybe they were in training or understaffed.
