Despite waiting in the drive through for 20+ minutes, the food wasn’t fresh, the coke was flat, and it wasn’t very good. The workers have pissy attitudes and don’t have proper manners. The definition of doing the bare minimum.

35 min in the drive thru. Then I was sent to a parking space for 7 more min. After that I still ended up without chilli, dipping sauces, and a fry that I ordered. We'll never be back.

Pretty much the worst ran Wendy’s in the area. Ordered a biggie bag was given no receipt and realized they did not put the hamburger in the bag I pulled around. They refused to give it to me because they said I didn’t have a receipt. Then they argued with me and proceeded to call the cops because I wouldn’t leave without my food. Cops came and left And Wendy’s was sitting there saying “if you were nice we could have helped you” Instead of just taking accountably. Note, I was never rude from the jump as I considered it to be a mistake . I only refuse to leave when they would not give me my food. Not to mention the staff here does not pay attention they don’t care The place is never clean And they are extremely unhelpful and have an attitude. Don’t waste your time here until Wendy’s fixes this location

I ordered on the app drove to get the food, there were two cars in the drive thru line in front of me, the lady at the window was not friendly and no one seemed to be in a hurry. As soon as we pulled out on the road we noticed the order was wrong and messed up so I turned around a block away from the restaurant and went in side and no one was in a hurry nor did they have a customer service personality. When I finally got my turn at the counter I was told that since it was a mobile order they could not refund it, so I left the food on the counter and left. It took 30 mins once I got there to get my food until I left it on the counter. I tried to get a refund on line but have yet to hear back from them.

i got a coffee, it tasted like watered down coffee grinds. drive-through cashier was unpleasant. our order was wrong and this is the 2nd time that this has happened, we got one burger and asked for no onions both times, both had onions. fries were hard like they had been sitting there for a bit and the drive through took forever to get through.

2 out of 3 times, my oder has been wrong, could understand if large orders but no, 2 times only ordered 2 (TWO ) sandwiched and order of fries, out of two sandwiches, one is always wrong, once i ordered a single and they gave a spicy chicken,. Only time they got the order correct was when I ordered 2 chili and 2 plain potatoes. How can they never ever pay attention when people place orders. They are never busy either,I could understand getting the order wrong if they were busyy, but 2 out of 3 times. Not going back for a long time.
