They did get my order right, it's a rare thing at Wendy's! Very slow to take the order, average wait time for being ready. It was hot& custom made. Very pleased- I will go to this particular location again. Maybe they were in training or understaffed.

Food was cold, dried out and hard. Never had such sad fries before. There was no line, so that means they just gave me old nasty food that had been sitting. Total waste of money.
Bought the Cod fish sandwich about 9:55pm and The fish was so hard it had no inside just a burnt piece of hard dried patty or crust...RIDICULOUS.....I AGREE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AT ALL. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY EVEN updated // 03/28/2025 fries cold and stale actually refined just nasty. Servers had a big attitude!!! They'll never change because of the town their in (RACIST AND I FELT THAT)PASS INSPECTIONS WITH A 98% GRADE. THEN GOT ALL THE WAY BACK HOME AFTER RETURNING FROM HETTING A REFUND AND MY ICE SUNDAE TASTE LIKE SPOILED MILK WITH SOME STALE COOKIE CRUMBS. REALLY REALLY Y'ALL CAN DO BETTER ....JUST MOVE!!!!!

I came for the SpongeBob meal.. and they didn’t have the drink so had give it a 3 stars but the food was good fries was fresh only thing was missing was pineapple shake

Even if there is no one here you will always spend at least 15-20 minutes in the drive thru always so slow never apologize and the food is always dried out like it’s been sitting there
