Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Horrible ordered at drive through brought home asked for a great eight I will let you decide if that’s 8 or not

Why offer online ordering? I placed an order, arrived after the pickup time. Was told my order wasn’t ready. Pretty sure they forgot about me walked in 15 minutes later and my orders sitting behind the counter. And every employee just looks at you like “why are you here”

Said they would bring my food out to me once the order was ready, but let it sit on the counter and get cold instead.

Didn’t know shrinkflation applied to wings

My French fries were cold and I took them back for hot ones. The girl that waited on me said, I will bring you some new ones. She brought me back the same French fries refried and burnt. I told her I didn't want them. I won't ever go back to that restaurant again or recommend to any one. What kind of customer service is that?

I had a mobile order for my wife and I with no drinks. It took me almost 5 minutes to get someone's attention to request water since the water feature was turned off is the drink machine. They wanted to charge me over $2 for two ice waters. The employee says they charge for the cups. I asked her to just fill up my wife's water cup that she brought with her instead. The employee wanted to charge me $0.80 dispite using it own cup. I didn't blame the employee for the company policy but if Zaxby's is going to charge $12 for a fast food salad and also charge for water then I will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered 10 wings through the drive thru. $16 supposed to be tongue torch, dry old wings. No sauce. I will NEVER leave this drive thru again without checking my order. Too much to spend for old dry wings.

Pulling in and driving around the building to the drive thur is not nessassary. It's actually a little ridiculous 🙄

I ordered chicken fingers from this Zaxby’s. When I received my chicken, it smelled and tasted like nasty marijuana ash. I asked and received a new batch of chicken, and it tasted and smelled the same way. The staff were kind, but not kind enough to lay off the za while making my chicken 😔
