Absolutely loved everything about this place. The food was amazing and the people there were so friendly. Marilyn told us that they have live music and we didn’t get to experience that, but we will definitely come back! The menu is limited during the off season, so call ahead to see what they have.
My friend & I stopped here on our last day in the mountains. The staff was attentive & friendly, the store, as well as the art studio, & amphitheater on the same property are all very nice. We warmed up with a mug of their delicious apple cider & sat for a while enjoying the music of Randy Gambill & Wes Tuttle. We purchased a few souvenirs, they have t-shirts, local honey, jams, & even some handmade pottery pieces. We had unfortunately already eaten but...
I wish I had pictures of our food. We got 2 chicken plates. Our sides consisted of Mac & cheese, baked beans, collard greens and we got a fried okra basket. It was delicious. It honestly exceeded our expectations. The baked beans are a must try. & the sauces were amazing. The lady at the register was just so kind to us. She knows her costumers because she definitely knew we’re not from this area. I’m glad we tried this spot.
