Customer service and the shakes can definitely use an upgrade was not even greeted when I walked in even after I said hello I was just looked like wtf definitely not coming back

yes yes yes! Walking in and being greeted by the owner was just what I loved. such a cozy place. My drink was amazing. exactly what I needed.

Ordered online. I had already done my research if what they offered. Herbalife is a great product as I have used it at home. They have a great variety of protein snacks as well as other items.

The place was warm and pretty. The drinks were ok. Would try other drink options. Wished they had more information posted in store. There were no listings of sizes or prices. What the drinks contained? How much protein? How much caffeine? Only things listed was type of drink(tea,coffee,smoothie) and flavor.

My order has always been correct. Love the teas!!! Service is great.

I'm not really into supplements and protein powders because you never know if they've put a non-vegan ingredient in them like whey, but we stopped in to try their smoothies. They were kind and accommodating and made me a black cherry smoothie without any supplements. It was very sweet. I think a lot of people will like this place, though I, personally, prefer more natural juice and smoothie bars that are just fruits and vegetables without the addition of syrups and supplements. If you're a fan of Herbalife supplements, you will love this place. Nice atmosphere there, too. Updated from previous review on 2024-11-12

i called before coming with my basketball team to ensure that they had fruit smoothies with real fruit. when we arrived they did not have fresh real fruit. they were protein with a syrup fruit. it was very nasty and not what they stated on the phone. they need to be more truthful.

since i can’t reply to your response, i am going to respond below my original comment. attached is a screenshot of me calling your location at 3:36pm. there is no other place with the same name in that town, so no we did not call the wrong place. however, i do believe we asked for smoothies. we do not drink protein shakes before games. if you would like to discuss this via phone call, i don’t mind calling again. thank you, have a blessed day!

I had high hopes as I'm a smoothie lover and Louisburg doesn't have a dedicated smoothie location. Unfortunately, while they use real fruit, they added flavored syrup which made it so sweet it was inedible. Dissapointing.
