I stopped eating Bojangles years ago because the food is garbage. Everytime I went to this location or any location my food was never right and it was always cold never fresh. A couple of weeks ago I decided to give you guys another chance and it was fabulous best fried chicken i had eat in a long time. So I ordered lunch there a few days later and it was back to they way I remembered Bojangles food was cold and not fresh at all. I thought maybe yall might be having a bad day, Short staffed or something like that so I gave yall the benefit of the doubt.I order online today and had my son go and pick it up. I asked for no tomato and I got only mayo on it and once again it was cold and hard. Then I look at my receipt and noticed you have a 50 cent pickup service charge for picking up my own order. That is absolutely crazy!!! I will go back to never eating Bojangles again. I didn't miss it before and won't miss it now. Also im glad I work at a restaurant because they didn't even put a spoon in the bag for my mash potatoes.

Food is usually good, service is also usually good with a few exceptionally great employees, and then some who probably should explore jobs that aren’t customer-service based because they consistently refuse to say a word back to you and close the drive thru window right in your face when you say thank you…every single time they work the window.

If you like Bojangles then you'll the quick and accurate service this location provides. Some of the other fast food restaurants in this area are lacking when it comes to good customer service. This has never been and issue at this particular location and the food is always spot on what it should be!!

Been going to this Bojangles for years. Huge fans of Bojangles. But lately this location has been slacking on the food portions by a lot. Like ordering a 4 pc supreme dinner and getting only 2 chicken strips for $9?! I hate the deal? Small flat biscuits. Small chicken strips. Has happened twice, at least. Hope they improve back to what we’ve always known and loved.

Bojangles service is hit or miss. Some days the workers are happy and the food is fresh and hot. Other days the workers are crappy and everything is cold, and they get even more crappy if you tell them that the food is cold. ALL I can say is good luck

The staff was really nice. I ordered a bo berry biscuit and the staff asked if I wanted more icing which is nice. I also ordered two pieces of chicken with a side of mash potatoes and gravy. However, they gave me the wrong side - macaroni and cheese. Just for that I am taking away a star but besides that food is good.

I tried this place 3 years ago never went back again the chicken was under cook blood in it . Tried today fries old . Chicken sandwiches dried up. Cashier didn’t understand what I wanted

Rude ass lady at the window with an attitude yelling and telling me I only get one small gravy for a family variety feast and paid for a picnic sized gravy. I’ve never seen such disrespect from someone in a customer service based industry! If you don’t like people don’t serve them mam!

Dont bother asking for fry seasoning or sauce you wont get it had to wait 30 mins for food and it came out cold tell me why i have to buy my own fry seasoning so i can make sure i get it just go the extra distance and go to zebulon

Slow drive thru and cold bo rounds. Had to repeat My order twice because i guess the person taking My order didn't hear it? Had to ask for condiments 3 times too lol
