Waited in line for 20 minutes was rudely told my order was correct then was cut off the order was not right and the manager told me that they could not add another order or fix it since the employee cut me off but that's ok I will be calling corporate and the food was garbage pitiful sorry workers need to do better and like I get not wanting to be at work but I work at a restaurant and that's not how you do business I would have been fired if I treated my customers like that!!!

Love Cookout and their menu. Fresh, never frozen Burgers and the best sweet tea, that's always the exact amount of sweetness. Never been a huge fan of Hush Puppies until I had Cookout's, they are my favorite side.

I stop by Tuesday night a little after 9:00 p.m, I stood at the window approximately 10 mins and no employee acknowledged me,they wouldn't even come to the window to say "hey we are drive-thru only" very disappointed in that type of service and they were not very busy,it may have been 3 cars in the drive-thru line..I can't say I won't ever go back but I'd rather walk a country mile barefoot than spend money where the customer service is poor

So this was to replace PDQ. So I order from the confusing menu in the drive thru give me a in and out menu any day. I get the big double burger that's the size of a McDonalds double cheese burger, fries, and selection of corn dog madness. Yes the food was hot and tiny talk about "Where's the Beef". Order was wrong but that's part for tge course GenZ. No condiments, no napkins... no thanks not a repeat.. what a loss I actually liked PDQ!

Started out good when first open but now it’s just gone down hill. We ordered doubles bacon cheeseburgers but received 1 burger and a 1/2 of another burger on each sandwich. Looks like they were cut in 1/2. When I complained the manager he made up excuses saying sometimes the burgers are just that small. He asked me what he was supposed to do about it. I showed him a picture of the burgers and he said he couldn’t actually do anything about because I didn’t bring my receipt and acted like I made it up. What a lousy manager. He could have at least apologized and said he would talk to to the cooks about sending food out like that. Notta from him.

Hands-down best cheeseburger since Tastee-Freeze closed! One small recommendation: DO NOT ORDER THE "BigDouble," or whatever it's called! I got a regular cheeseburger & got the so-called "Big Double" for my husband 3x in a row...TWO of those"big" patties only made up 1/2 of my REGULAR CHEESEBURGER PATTY!
