Sadly, the quality of service and the ice cream has gone down over the past 6 months. On our last visit, the employees were very unfriendly and the ice cream had a sour taste in both of our orders. As we went through the drive-thru, and going down the road, it just wasn't beneficial for us to turn around and go back.

Absolutely wouldn't sell me an ice cream cake through the drive thru. Mind you it's pouring rain and no one is behind me the store is Absolutely dead on the inside and drive thru. So as I pull off everyone of the employees are ethier standing around or had there hands in their pockets. Kinda defeats the purpose of a drive thru if you need to walk in to purchase something as simple as a pre-made ice cream cake but can wait 5 mins for a single blizzard to be made. No wonder this restaurant is always empty.
