Ashley call her self a supervisor and is the most rudest unprofessional human being!!! On December 9, I placed an order for cheesy bacon bread sticks no jalapeño, my fiancé get home and the bread sticks had jalapeño on the bread. I contacted the store and asked to speak to management and it was Larie and explained to her what happened very intelligent apologetic about the jalapeños and offered to remake the sandwich and I told her I lived in Bunn and and she stated she could credit my account and I could get it later and I told her that was fine. Called on 12/18/24 contacted the store on my lunch break to retrieve my bacon cheesy bread and Ashley the so called manager with her smart rude mouth answer the phone and I told her I had a credit on my account she completely cut me off and said “I don’t see nothing up under the number you calling from” very unprofessional!! Ashley did not give me time to speak!! I proceeded to say I have another number si gave her a he number and she gonna say you have a credit of cheesy bread I said mam no I don’t it should be bacon cheesy bread she said being very argumentative with me about it and said well you not getting that you have to get what is credit on the screen and you just have to call back at 5pm and ask to speak to the general manager somebody needs to do something to o her rude ass!! I contacted the big dog Andy and left him a message and he have yet to call me back !! But I guess when he see this review he will return my call!!

I went in to pick up my order and had to correct the lady because she gave me the wrong order. She practically throws my food down on the counter. I got a refund. I don't have to pay for rudeness. Not to mention the food isn't good anyway!
To make matters worse, the incompetent "Manager" was on the phone with her more incompetent "Manager" who apparently can't put two words together because after I spoke to her, she offered no apology and never tried to make it right. I just say count your days Dominoes.
Update: I have yet to get my refund. I will filing a complaint with the BBC. The run around is ridiculous.

It’s just an average pizza place and the food is also average quality, but who doesn’t like pizza. I’ve definitely had better tho. Their problem is it take 30min- to 2 hours to deliver and I only live 15 minutes away. I’ve never had a good delivery situation with dominos so I only order if I know I’ll want pizza at least and hour from before I order bc that’s when I’ll actually get it.

We placed an order close to closing and the manager on staff was extremely helpful informative and kindhearted!! We Had a slight issue about not being able to have it deliver with how late it was. but it was fixed promptly and extremely efficiently!! If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely Oder pizza from this location again.

Under new management I see on sign, yet our $100 order with $20 tip that was scheduled for delivery at 6 pm isn't here at 6:40 pm....we called at 6:25 and they said it was out for delivery and be here in 10 mins.....

This place consistently takes well over an hour to pick up your pizza from their window. The employees are in helpful and don’t seem to care about the customer. I think this place should really look into hiring a better staff.

Order online, the app said we could come inside to bypass the line but they had the doors lock, then the app said the food was ready but they didn’t even start making it until got to the window and then cancel our order without a refund without saying anything, the people who were working were rude and the manager is a jerk who just stood there doing nothing but being in the way, the business is going to fail and I hope it does and I run a better business and company than this place

Placed online order, receieve app notification that it's ready. Arrived and they don't have my order. I was rudely told "it'll be 10 minutes " by the kid working while shutting the window on us. Was glared at thru drive thru window the whole time and never once an apology

First time ordering on line see no place to put time.tried calling disconnected 3times called on another phone still on hold 15 minutes and still holding ticked off now.
Sooo Saturday evening I ordered a variety of food. Philly steak topped tater tots, cinnamon trists, stuffed cheese bread sticks & a sausage pasta dinner. Placed the order at 7:27 pm expecting an hour for sure. After that I was starting to ask why my notice on the app said quality check?? Lololol
The food sat there until 9 pm when it was picked up, sat in car for another 45 minutes. Arriving at 10pm. By now I am starving. How bad can it be? Yeah, tater tots were awful the sausage was cold as well as the rest. The Store manager says he will replace the tots! I actually have the entire meal. That in the end cost me $43 and change. Get it together man… I was not even going to complain! My grandson wanted to order again from a different store. No, nope, no

The food is usually good and is delivered fast. However beware that the falsify the updates on the tracker. This doesn’t really make sense because the delivery is fast anyway, It would be nice if the tracker was accurate. Apparently my pizza was put into the oven and sent out for delivery within one minute of each other. Hopefully they aren’t sending a raw pizza!

Food was stale, actually told me he can't add anything because it's a completed order, that's a lie. I asked for extra garlic sauce. Said I would pay for it. Still no, and what does he forget? The thing I asked extra for, classic, 0 sauce on the tots. He even admitted that he screwed up my bread bowl and had to remake it multiple times
