DO NOT EAT HERE !!!! go to oxford nc or another location sausage taste horrible and pizza was dry called to the store i kept both pizzas ! they wouldnt refund nor remake the pizzas even with having both full boxes manager has a nasty attitude says since i didnt call back immediately theres nothing she can do i remind u the pizza wasnt for right then it was for later for my kids when i went to work overnight i returned the next morning pizzas were in the fridge my son said they were nasty !!!! so i called as soon as the place opened close this place down asap!!!

Ordered pizza and was given the wrong order. While waiting for it to be remade we saw no one wearing gloves and even wiping their hands on their clothes then touching food again. Very very unsanitary

AMAZING EVERTHING!!!! I donât post reviews but this was a must! I had to tell how good my experience was. Today is Saturday, I just went to pick up a large pepperoni, a cheese, a Hawaiian, and breadsticks at 1:30pm. The woman who helped me was so amazing, amazing service, place was clean and inviting. And when I looked at the the Hawaiian pizza I was blown away! It actually had TOPPINGS! not like other pizza places, but she actually made it with LOVE! When I bit the pizza it was SO DELICIOUS!! I have never loved pizza from any fast food chain like this, I am in amazement. My son said he LOVED the breadsticks, they have so much flavor. I am beyond satisfied with my the service, FOOD, and price! I am definitely buying from here from now on :) wish I would have got the womanâs name, because she is an awesome employee !

This is the second time we have tried to place a delivery order and then having to cancel the order because of a close to a two hour wait. When expressing my concerns of a better way to handle their understaffed issue and to let customers know of the wait time, the person on the phone was quite rude.

We ordered 2 pizzas back in September...it took over an hour to deliver and then they brought the wrong pizza. The delivery guy said he would go back and get it and then never showed up again. When I tried to call the store, no one ever answered...we tried for 2 hours...lost our money on that one. The other day we thought we'd give them a second chance. 45 minutes after we ordered and it was not there, we called the store to check on the status...the girl we talked to was so rude! It took 75 minutes to get the pizza and sides...everything was cold and hard. We told the delivery driver we would not accept it. He said he would remove the charge when he got back to the store. That did not happen. We were charged almost 30 dollars for crap! I will be calling corporate and also filing a complaint about this business. We will never order from this location again. UPDATE...The new manager called us and we got a refund for the second order as well as an offer for a free pizza. She seems genuinely interested in improving the quality and service of this location.

Ashley call her self a supervisor and is the most rudest unprofessional human being!!! On December 9, I placed an order for cheesy bacon bread sticks no jalapeño, my fiancĂ© get home and the bread sticks had jalapeño on the bread. I contacted the store and asked to speak to management and it was Larie and explained to her what happened very intelligent apologetic about the jalapeños and offered to remake the sandwich and I told her I lived in Bunn and and she stated she could credit my account and I could get it later and I told her that was fine. Called on 12/18/24 contacted the store on my lunch break to retrieve my bacon cheesy bread and Ashley the so called manager with her smart rude mouth answer the phone and I told her I had a credit on my account she completely cut me off and said âI donât see nothing up under the number you calling fromâ very unprofessional!! Ashley did not give me time to speak!! I proceeded to say I have another number si gave her a he number and she gonna say you have a credit of cheesy bread I said mam no I donât it should be bacon cheesy bread she said being very argumentative with me about it and said well you not getting that you have to get what is credit on the screen and you just have to call back at 5pm and ask to speak to the general manager somebody needs to do something to o her rude ass!! I contacted the big dog Andy and left him a message and he have yet to call me back !! But I guess when he see this review he will return my call!!
