Chicken salad is extremely gross. It’s chicken salad cooked like a grilled cheese sandwich. Fried squash is full of hot grease and flavorless. The burgers and tea are ok but they will tell you one price, the amount is always “even”, then they will overcharge you a few dollars once you leave.

Gave incorrect order and refused to correct the order. Will not recommend. Staff appear to be disengaged and annoyed. Affordable prices but definitely not worth the price. Unseasoned frozen food.

1 Beef hot dog all the way, and hot medium cut straight fries, really hit the spot and cost under $6 after tax. Other things taste good there (fried chicken, potato salad, cole shaw, fish), but a bit pricy I think... IDK... Prices are high everywhere....... Drive thru or walk up only. Picnic table out there, but it's directly next to the highway.

I called in an order of chicken gizzards. When I got there I said I just called in an order for gizzards. I get to the window. I said yes I had an order of small gizzards. The man said, she said you ordered a large! I said I didn’t know you had two sizes I ordered a chicken gizzards snack. We went back and forth. Needless to say, I didn’t get any chicken gizzards. I just said Nevermind. I don’t like to argue with people that are making my food. So I just left. This was my first time here, I found this place on google and saw pictures of the gizzards. I won’t be back, the google reviews were good. Not the customer service.

Exceptional hamburgers hot dogs onion rings Etc. Made to order and always fat and juicy and for the price, you can't beat it. Excellent all the way around!

Looked up resturants in Louisburg- was going for appt there- lunch time. Posted menu looked good from burgers to plates. Grannys is really just drive thur-small fry everything in same grease joint- has inside counter, no seating- 2 picnic tables outside. Menu prices posted online or when you lookup are WAY OFF. Price differences were major. Very small place- had 4 Mexicans working. Wound up getting 2 cheeseburger combos-$19.50. Was going to charge .75 for credit card- blk lady was raisimg hell- I had just gave my card & called her back to pay cash. I told blk lady- lot of places do charge nowdays & they should have sign stating so. Mamasita pointed to 3 x3" sign on register- no you need something people can see. Food was good/ but avg at best. I asked for little ice in drink- got full cup of ice. So got about 4-5 swallows- didnt bother to let know. Will not try again
