Drive through experience, horrible! If I could give a Zero I would. Right nicely cancelled my order, got my money back, and went to McDonald's! Way better customer service and management! Don't waste your time here, now I see why no one is hardly over here!

First time eating here. Stopped for breakfast as I drove through the town. Went inside to eat. The lady taking my order was pleasant and courteous. I noticed the restaurant was clean and the condiments area was stocked and clean. Food was up quickly and was delicious.

I went through the drive through today, and like always I could barely understand what the person taking my order was saying. I got to the window and the guy taking my money just stared at me with out saying a word. I gave him my money and then waited 5 min to get my food. The employee handed me my food, and never said a word. Also no napkins in the bag.
I’ve come several times and this Hardee’s honestly ruined Hardee’s for me. I used to love Hardee’s but at this place there’s always something. One time I went and tried to order and they said “we’re out of that” so I ordered something else. They were out of that too. So I asked “okay what do you have then?” Then I was told that I could get a burger but they didn’t have the stuff in stock to put everything on it. Got the burger and mayonnaise was dripping out of it after I asked for no mayo. Then went one day to try again 9:30 pm after a long day. They don’t close until 10. Went through the drive thru and was told I couldn’t order because they were closed. Told the guy “you close at 10 on Google” never got a response.

I always ♥️ stopping in at the store in Louisburg NC. Service is great, the food is hot and the Associates at the window is always kind and ready to give you their best. What more can you ask for. I found a diamond on their menu. I enjoy that Frisca Burger...toasted bread. Wow! ❤️. Their ham sandwich is off the hook too. Just ask for that large size. I made the mistake and got the kiddy size when I said regular. 🤣🤣. Top that off with a milkshake is great, but I got two apple pies...where's the apples in the pie...I think the maker of those pies are jipping the store however. Going to do some research on that. Hardee's is the place for quality service. Go by! Be Cool and be kind! 😎

I don't normally have issues with the taste of the food but I believe there is an issue with attention to detail. My husband and I frequently visit this location and often have things missed from our order for example a monster burger with only one burger patty, or a superstar with no onion that has extra onions on it. Today I ordered a super bacon biscuit which is supposed to have fried egg and not folded egg. I specifically ordered a sandwich with the fried egg and still received folded egg and if they were out of regular eggs that should have been communicated and I would have changed my order. I would eat here more and recommend this location if I felt like they paid enough attention to get my order to me the way I ordered it
