My order was wrong and went back to get it fixed. The employee was not wearing gloves a took his phone out of his pocket and was using it. Put it back in pocket and continued without gloves on. I will definitely not be back.

Felt like going for a bit of a food roulette so I went to the louisburg Hardee's. I honestly can’t be mad with anything that I get from here because I keep going back knowing that over the past 5 years well over 50% of my orders from this location have been completely wrong. It’s almost comical, good if you’re feeling open minded and not sure what you want even after you’ve ordered

Visited just after 10:30 and noticed the parking lot was dirty. Immediately upon entering, I looked for the sanitation grade, which was a 90. That's still an A , so I asked about the lunch menu...I was told they didn't start lunch till 11. I was asked if I wanted breakfast, but I declined and left. Honestly, the lot was a deterrent, but I was willing to try it because I was hungry. I left empty handed.Parking: Plenty of spaces, but lot was dirty. I almost turned around after seeing lot walking in. Trash everywhere .

Husband went to get me a frisco burger and when I got it, guess what, NO BURGER ON IT. He brought it back and all he hears is” there’s no way”. Hubby had them make another and they just tossed it on the counter. No I’m sorry sir, outer apologies, NOTHING. And to add insult to injury. The remade burgers bun and burger were burnt. Never going to get food there again. No wonder no one eats there anymore
