I cannot say enough good things about this Jersey Mike's location!!! We're from Zebulon, but were in Louisburg for a dance recital and we stopped by this Jersey Mike's for dinner. And let me just say WOW, was I impressed! First of all, the place was immaculate! So clean, I think I could've eaten off the floor 😂.
Then, when they made our sandwiches, the service was amazing, asking us exactly what we wanted, and they made excellent sandwiches! The sandwiches were healthy sized, (not like the small, ingredient stingy sandwiches you get at Subway), and super DELICIOUS!!
Then to top off everything, we had a digital coupon (from the GoPlaySave app), which needed special attention from the Manager, and can I just say that the Manager's friendliness and customer service were out of this world! He was AMAZING, friendly, professional and kind!
If you're in Louisburg, you simply MUST visit this Jersey Mike's! You won't be disappointed! 🤘😁🤘

Ordered food at 11:50am, said be done at 12:11pm didn't get it till 12:35pm. That's just awful. Thats all I have to say really service is everything in a food retail industry and this location lacks it. Didnt even acknowledge the 6 people waiting for their orders that was even done. Seemed to just care about the walk in line....didnt even see a manager to acknowledge the problem....just bad business.
