So clean, professional, friendly. Service here is A+ and the number 13 Mikes Way is the best sub I’ve had anywhere. Dawayne, James, and Jeff always take great care of me and I appreciate having a sub shop so nice in town.
The first time we went (during opening week) beginning to end, top to bottom everything was great. Today when I went, the customer service was off (they appeared short staffed and the staff that was there looked burned out already, poor guys), the drink machine was all sorts of backwards, and the sweet tea tasted like cotton candy. We got the wrong sized cups for what we ordered and our chips were picked out for us. Subs were good though!
I’m incredibly impressed with the staff after my experience tonight. I went into the shop about 13 minutes before closing. Lights were still on and the door was open. I assumed they were still serving. They were starting to clean up and there were no customers inside. They easily could’ve turned me away because of how late it was. However, they surprised me by making the two sandwiches for me and my mom. The entire staff was very friendly and extremely polite. I’m not exaggerating...
