I been coming here for years since I was little and I have never and I mean never met someone so rude that worked here, I walked in and the lady have a attitude before I walked in and was arguing with a group in front, when I get up there she was still rude and complaining about wanting to go home, then I ordered a $9 box on Taco Bell side and a few things with chicken, so I ask if she can switch it and she got a hair up her nose and said with attitude “I can’t do that” when they do it all the time but whatever and then i wanted to get a chicken sandwich from the kfc side and instead of explaining nicely that they don’t have the type of chicken they use the lady yelled “no I can’t do that” and I was nice until that point but that was rude so I paid for what I already had up there and left and the there kfc side was down and there was no sign to let anyone know

Order wrong, items left off, and over charged. The food we did receive was nasty. No hairnets, it's kind of gross. Will not return.

Waited in the drive thru for more than 20 min for a chicken sandwich and fries. The person at the window was very unapologetic and had a attitude when I asked for the napkins and a straw. NEVER AGAIN!

I went to the drive thru and the girl got my order mixed up to the point I was a little irritated and had to wait 20 minutes just to get my food and when she brings my order out, no thank you or apologies for the attitude. Stay away from this place. They always get the order wrong or something is missing

So go in and order a family 16 piece bucket and the girl at the register says it will be a while because they have no chicken!!!!!!! Really —it is 4:40pm on a Sunday and they are open till 11pm! This is not the first time this has happened!!!!!!! Where is the management of this establishment???

The WORST customer service in Louisburg. They charged me for several things “included” with the meals that I never recieved. Completely forgot half of my order (overcharged for only one order) when I tried to dispute it I got attitude from all but one employee. Yelling, bad attitude, and waste of money and time. Next time I might as well just go to mcdonalds.

The customer service is horrific and management does not care about customers at all and they never have chicken. They always run out then you get attitude from staff.
We just came in for a quick lunch. It was outstanding! The chicken was full of flavor. The coleslaw had a perfect amount of juice.

The biggest disappointment is that the sign says liver and gizzards ,$5.00.
I go to order liver and gizzards mixed at the drive thru,the girl tells me that i can't have a mix and if I wanted both I would have to order separately,in other words spend 5 more bucks. I couldn't believe it because I have ordered the mix anywhere including KFC and it was never a problem.. So I asked her once I got to the window if she could do a half and half ,a little gizzards a little little livers ,nothing hard and she said no again .. I've never had to buy tea and lemonade to get an Arnold Palmer they just mix it ..I'm not sure why she could just mix the order..I hate to go to an establishment filled with young ppl ,They are the worst!

At 1:30 I went through the drive through and had to pull to the side of the parking lot. At 2:00 the 8 piece bucket arrived. No napkins. No hot sauce like I asked for. But the chicken was good. Poor management!

When you have to go in 2 times after leaving the window because you don’t get your full order. This place is ridiculous. Also Who runs out of white chicken before 5:00 dinner rush? Too often out of menu items. check your order before you leave. I’ve given this location a few chances. it’s frustrating. only positive thing I have to say is the cashiers are always friendly.
