This is one of the most disrespectful food establishments I have ever been to in my life. Right from the start the person taking orders at the drive thru was VERY rude and rushing us to make our order, even though we already knew what we wanted and were trying to order as quick as we could. Not to mention, the person got our order wrong on the board, 2 different times. Once we got to the pay window, we were not given a receipt for our order after paying. And after requesting the receipt nicely, we were told they couldn't find it. Next window, all of our food wasn't correct and when nicely asking them to fix it instead of fussing at them for it, we had 2 of the workers in our faces asking for a receipt(which we never got) and asking to see our bags of food in a demanding and accusing way. As if we were lying to them and trying to get free food. I had kept my cool until this point, but after basically being called a liar and a theif for asking them to fix THEIR mistakes, I had-had enough! I asked to speak to their manager. The manager seemed unbothered at all that her workers were being so rude to the customers or getting orders wrong. She literally did nothing at all to get our order correct or fix their mistakes. And went as far as to ask if we wanted to order and pay for more food, instead of giving us what we had already ordered and payed for. Needless to say, my family and I will NEVER go to this food establishment again. And I will be making sure to tell ALL of my family, friends, and followers to not waste their time or money there either.

Before you come to this location, understand this, they DO NOT CARE. I could specify multiple things but in all honesty I can save a lot of time and just say if you think it's important they DO NOT. Nothing is ever right so check your bag, when you do go to get your order corrected they get an attitude with you. This is not a 1 off incident as you can see from multiple posts and management nor ownership does anything to better the place. I read through a lot of these reviews before posting and the only 1 they responded to was a person who was served a molded cinnamon roll, I guess because it was a health code violation. All in all the ice cream machine is working but the employees aren't. Spend your money and time somewhere else. The only person that deserves a raise or recognition is the little old lady that sweeps the floor, she is very nice and always seems to be working.

Stopped by, to get some Carmel frappes & happy meal. she didn’t charge me for both Carmel frappes, so I was like okey, charge me for it! & she did, just for a Carmel frappe I had to wait 15 minutes, & was on park #1 I litterly drove out of there ! Told her to keep out. Who is going to be waiting 15 minutes for a Carmel frappe, bad service!

Ordered food in drive thru and the order was rung up correctly, however, when you get your food it's always wrong. Then when we called the store after getting home from work. our sandwich was wrong they wanted us to keep the sandwich until another day and bring the wrong sandwich back to get a replacement. We worked at McDonald's and this one is a joke. I will be calling the DM tomorrow and spoke to them.

Ordering via the app for curbside pickup is incredibly slow. I believe I could go thru the drive thru

This McD is one nightmare I would rather forget. The inside is small, they want to force you to use the kiosk, hardly no parking and slow service. When the 2 subdivisions are finished and people move in and other food places open up this McD could close down. Only Taco Bell is worse here.

Literally the worst McDonald's you can go to. Never fails they will mess up the order even when you go over it to them multiple times. I don't get how they can get it wrong tike after time when it goes up on the screen correctly.
