My teammates and I are frequent customers at the pack-house and today we were very dissatisfied with our visit. We went around 4:40pm to treat ourselves to a caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle. Our barista failed to put the extra caramel on top of the first one, we very politely asked if she could add that and she said it in a rude tone "sure" then immediately shut the window and proceeded to what it seemed like "rant" to her fellow coworker. The next time I get an attitude from someone at a coffee shop id prefer their fake tan not be splotchy, a little hard on the eyes. Obviously I will be returning because this was my only and hopefully last negative experience because the Packhouse is a local place all of us at Louisburg College love. I hope this issue is addressed is some way to prevent future issues, thank you and have a nice day!

Packhouse is some of the best coffee around. The louisburg location is staffed with kind people who are happy despite the never ending line of drive through cars. The coffee is great and also well priced, the treats are made locally and you have to grab a coffee cake muffin any chance you get. It’s worth the drive through wait!

Coffee and bakery items are always good! Many different items to choose from. Love the names of coffee. Maggie does great job on fresh cinnamon rolls. Sausage ball bread is the bomb.

I love the coffe and the food here. But this morning is the 4th time I've stopped here for coffee on my way to work (about 6:30) and out there's someone inside but they're not open. Online and on the sign on the door/window it says they open at 6... either get some employees who are going to actually do their job or change your hours.

Tried this place for the first time. The coffee is really good there. It just the right balance of coffee and sweetness if you get flavored coffee. It’s drive through only. The convenience of not having to get out of the car makes it even better. The service is quick and efficient, ensuring that you don't have to wait too long for your order. The menu offers a wide variety of options, catering to different preferences and tastes. The prices are also quite reasonable, making it a great value for money. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit if you're in need of a quick coffee fix on the go.

Amazing hidden gem. Cold foam is DELICIOUS. Really good variety of sugar free syrups too. So good you won’t regret! *drive thru

This is my very favorite coffee shop around!! Every single time I go there, the employees are very cheerful and helpful! My favorite drink they serve is the iced caramel macchiato! Definitely recommend! But honestly, anything I've had there has been so yummy! They're baked. Goods are delicious, as well! I like that they have options for my child as well.
