We ordered (2) Large Pepperoni & Cheese Pizzas to be delivered to the Moose Lodge in Louisburg. The pizzas were hands down Top Notch!! The presentation when opening the pizza box looked like the pizza could have been in a commercial. It was that appetizing!!! Did not Disappoint!! Our Delivery Person was Kind & Courteous. A HUGE shout out to a Job Well Done!!

You're better off eating out the garbage can behind the Pizza Hut then actually getting something decent to eat from this particular Pizza Hut location. Over priced and over cooked. Very disappointed. I paid for my sauces online which is crazy and I never got it but the gentleman in front of me asked for sauce and he got it for free. Pizza Hut used to have the best pizza but on this day and with this location I was better off getting a brothers pizza from the convienet store. The pizza tasted like it was made last week. Taste like cardboard crap now I understand why there's never nobody in the parking lot

The food IS NOT worth it here. The wings taste old they were soggy, pizza was cold to the touch (we live 6 minutes from this location) for $47 dollars for 1 pizza and 16 wings it is SO not worth it. Their online services notified me that the pizza was out for delivery. The delivery driver finally shows up 1 hour later after I had been notified it was out for delivery, again (we live 6 minutes away) do not order from here unless you want to essentially throw away your money and waste your time.

Gave me a free pizza then took it back.....and then they sold that exact same pizza to someone else (after it had already been in my possession) That's Nasty!!!!!!

My pizza was raw in the middle. I feel like it is kind of hit and miss at this location. My app said that my order was ready, but when we got to the restaurant we still had to wait. Unfortunately we live a little ways from the location and did not notice that the dough was not completely cooked until we arrive home. I’m not sure if it was maybe pulled out a little to early or what. It really put a damper on our family night. It was a waste of time and money. I’ve never had this happen before. The is the closest restaurant to my house. I will return again as we’ve ordered from this location several times in the past. I’m not sure what happened last night on this visit but it wasn’t a good experience for us.

My brother and mother went last night for a late night bite. There was other white couples and african couples, and there was an african waitress, when they arrived. Okay, so they order and sit and get their food, all perfect! My brother needed more refills on their drinks and a box to go, the waitress would go take care of the other customers, like offer them more refills, napkins, or a box etc. My brother would signal her kindly so that she would go to their table, but she ignored him everytime, and would walk past his table and ignore him again. So my brother decides to get up and ask for the box, and ask for a to go drink, she hands him the box and an empty cup. He then tells her kindly if she can give him a cup full with his drink due to her never coming to give them refills, she proceeds to do so and puts a straw in his cup with no paper on the tip or nothing, she touched the straw. That is where my brother decided to not drink it because if the paper of the straw was on the tip it wouldve been fine, but no she completely took it off and put it thru the lid herself. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. My family also felt racially discriminated for being latino/hispanic, due to her attending other tables who had white or african people, but not attending them who were the only latinos there. If this issue continues where we feel discriminated just because we want to eat I will be contacting corporate to get her fired for racial discrimination and bad attitude and more.

I ordered carry out twice in 2 weeks with what was supposed to be curbside pickup. Which i should have learned the first time but I believe in giving people and places of business the benefit of the doubt at least once. The first time I went there my order was supposed to be ready by a certain time and maybe it was ready but i didnt receive my order curbside before i had sat oitside for 20 mins and 4 calls attempting to make the staff aware that I was outside waiting and had been waiting for a long time. When my food finally got out to me. I was given a free 20oz soda and 2 apologies for my wait. I definitely appreciated that. The 2nd time I went there again pre-ordered carry out to be picked up curbside. This was on 7/4/24. Again i got there and parked and called several times trying to get someone on the inside of the restaurant to answer the phone and got nothing. After 15 mins of waiting and calling. I get out of my car and go inside, remind you there were 2 card in the parking lot and 1 small family on the inside eating. I went to the front desk and said i had been waiting 15 mins for my curbside order to be picked up and the cashier told me it was the 4th and they were just super busy and they were short staffed. I looked at all the emptiness inside the place and said yeah i can see that. To top it off my order wasn't even ready. The manager said it would be another 4 mins. Yall i didnt even go in immediately when my order was SUPPOSED to be ready because I was trying to be an understanding customer without high expectations. I asked could I get something for the inconvenience of having to come inside and my order isn't ready in a reasonable amount of time, the manager rolled her eyes and shook her head NO. I then expressed that this same incident happened a week or so ago and i was given a free 20oz soda. Again she shook her head no. Lololol!!!. So i was annoyed at that point and asked for a refund for my order which was $29.58. The manager comes over and proceeds to process my refund and while she is doing that i asked her, if they were really about to lose what my food cost plus yall have to throw away the food i ordered instead of losing $2 to appease the customer that was done wrong? Its really not good business practice. ? So the refund was put back on my debit card but not the whole refund! Pizzahut attempted to keep the tax i paid for the order and the tip I left. I was flabbergasted! So of course i asked for that back and was obliged. But she was looking like how dare I want the tip back and tax for food and service you didnt get. Yall i cannot make this stuff up. People do not have good work ethics anymore. It really sucks and companies don't care and that's really sad. I will not be going to Louisburg pizzahut anymore.
