Friendly staff and food was good. However, their footlong chocolate chip cookie was frozen and I was not able to get it. I ended up getting cookies and cream footlong but it was ok. Didn't really care for it. This location is better than the one inside Walmart.

Every time I order from this restaurant there's a problem. The first time my online order sat in the pickup area with someone else's name and order attached to it so I didn't knowni5 was mine. Second time I did an online order for 1:45 and needed to do a quick edit. I called multiple times soon after and no on answered. Finally they answer and said it's already been made. I wanted it fresh and it was made 15 minutes ahead of time.

Workers clearly don't want to deal with customers. Don't know why they work then. Came here at 9:10 on a Saturday. Sign was lit up saying open and google stating it was open. Only to arrive with doors still locked. Decided to call place to let them know the door was locked. Staff working that day saw the phone ringing and ignored it and went back into the kitchen. Bad service with moody staff.

Normally, this is my go to location in town, but it will not longer be due to staff not changing gloves between guest, letting guest “touch the bread,” and lastly the attitude of one employee was extra. As someone with allergies, I would not return. Update, still bad

Place is no good. I had to remind them to wear gloves when they were making my order. I also ordered a large drink and when I tried to fill it up with sweet tea it was completely empty. They didn't even have bottles or drinks in the refrigerator to replace it. I asked for a refund and they had to call the manager and 3 people came out of the back just to understand the situation. And they also came out eating their food. While there was a line of 3 people waiting to get served.
Ai services can't come soon enough, the people are lazy and unmotivated. Only good thing was the food, but I could've made it my self if they allowed me to.

Super slow service, no one was in a hurry to during the lunch rush, and you certainly don't get what you see in the commercials. The footlong sandwiches look so good on TV, but that's not what you get at the subway. The lettuce was BROWN, and the tomatoes looked BAD!!!! I DID NOT get any of those FRESH items on my footlong, and the sandwiches are highly overpriced.

My experience back in the dayIt was great and a fun place to walk into with friendly workers and a manager. Also a place for my family and I to just sit down and eat at when we was in town. Always clean and the workers never once went without washing there hands nor greeting there costumers. They was always nice and welcoming.Now My family and I can't even go back inside to sit down to have a meal there when we come to visit. Always have to put an online order in or I have to send someone else in just so my kids can have what they want . Also they all are not nice to everyone plus they don't wear there gloves at all time nor wash there hands. Yeah idk what happened to this place but I can only pray for the best and recommend a different subway because that's what my family and I did and I'm glad I made my choice for now ?Best of wishes and I wish I could help but I rather send prayers

There was a problem with the credit card machine. I used my debit card. It showed approved but the manager claims she cancelled it. So I then used my credit card. It also was approved. After these posted, I went back to the store (the next day) and showed the manager my online banking and she still basically called me a liar. Stood firm that she cancelled the first transaction. She then calls the owner and said what she wanted to say then handed me the phone. She was so rude and loud that I couldn’t hear him. So I said shut up! They told me to leave. So I got robbed, disrespected and later slandered as she then called my boss and claims I threw a phone at her! Never eating there again!!!

This location is clean and reliable. Might have the best Anti-Pasta Salad in Louisburg! Can be a little pricey, try to use a coupon.
