They always close earlier than they are supposed to. When the closing time is supposed to be 9pm they close the doors at both Louisburg locations between 8:30/8:45. I have a million reasons why I don’t like either subway in Louisburg, but ultimately all that this business is doing is losing more and more business. 2010-2018 subway was amazing, but as the years go on it just gets worse and worse year after year. The sandwiches get sloppier and sloppier while the prices get higher and higher. Make it make sense.I’m just going to drive to Bunn whenever I want subway from now on. Never have had a problem there ever.

Eat here a lot since I work in the building. Well worth it every time. Only once have I ever had an issue with my order, and they replaced it immediately with the correction.
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!Not only are the staff members ignorant of their own ordering process, but more importantly and scary: I made a mobile order, they claimed to never get it, but still charged my card. I have gone through so many channels including social media and emailing a customer service person on the site with screenshots and video evidence of a phone call of them admitting the situation and sounding confused and untrained, all to get a refund AND IT'S STILL CHARGED ON MY BANK WITH NO REFUND! I gave these people money for NO SANDWICHES! And since no one is responding on social media, or by email, I'm going to have to wait to call my bank and hope they can help me instead!!HORRIBLE COMPANY and HORRIBLE customer service! You STOLE MY MONEY basically, I paid you guys a lot of money for NOTHING. THIS ISN'T LEGAL! And if my bank can't help me, I'm calling the cops.
I ordered 6 foot longs and all of them where sloppy even down to the kids meal and throwed together very unprofessional , some subs didn’t have all toppings from what I ordered meat was cold and raw bread was soggy and cold I was very upset we just threw away all 6 subs

I am very disappointed in Wal Mart lately. The shelves are empty of a lot of different groceries. You have to stand and wait in long lines while registers are empty.
I've been working in professional food service for over a decade, and I have to say out of the many subways I've stopped at for a quick bite, this was specific Subway rotates their food REALLY well. For those of you who dont know, this means any sandwich you get from these guys will be fresh. Highly recommend it!
