Fantastic customer service. This location brings the most joy. They make you feel like family. Nothing compares to their quality of Italian ice. It is smooth like ice cream but no dairy. It isn’t hard or icy like regular Italian ice or snow cones. I have been going since the day they opened 6 years ago. If you haven’t tried it, you are missing out. Their gelatis are great too. They swirl their amazing Italian Ice with their ice cream. Highly recommend cupcake and mango gelati with vanilla ice cream. I look forward to my next regular visit!

Very good, very friendly, and very cute! However, advertisement online is not accurate to the store hours, so bummed when online it says open when in reality is closed.

My kids love this place. Location is great for when school let's out at the end of the day. It's in the Valero parking lot on 401 beside Flat Rock Church Rd. They have tons of options and combinations and you can choose your own combination if you would like. ? They close for fall and winter seasons because they don't get as much business then. ? Such nice and friendly ladies that run it. My kids are ready for them to open back up already. ? (It's not even winter yet ?)

Jolene ROCKS, right along with the rest of her family! The product is excellent (so many choices) and the atmosphere fun. Going to Sunset Slush is like stumbling upon a cool oasis in the middle of a (hot & humid) Carolina desert day!! Can't wait for it to reopen for the 2022 season. 🤟

My eleven year old son proclaimed his Italian ice "a little taste of heaven" and I quite agree! Make sure to try Chocolate covered strawberry. Amazing!
