The food can be hit or miss. I haven't been through the drive-through yet and not been asked to park and wait for my order. That wouldn't even be an issue except for it does take longer than it should and they never add napkins or sauce to the bag. Service I side isn't much better. There are a few courteous employees. The rest have an attitude when called out on making a mistake.

I decided to give this store a second chance and went in at 8 o’clock, they were cleaning the store all the heat and cabinets and fryers and stuff down. They gave me the equivalent of dog food as a cantina bowl for $10 and really think this is acceptable to give you customers this stuff when they clearly don’t close until 11 I never ever go back to this restaurant ever again they covered the old dry, nasty chicken with wilted lettuce. The rice looks like a bowl of gum. The beans are old. I don’t know how they make. Any money servicing this stuff?

I love Taco Bell and this is the closest one to me. That said, this location is the worst. When -and if- if the cashier comes to the register, you may as well say “just surprise me” because you won’t get what you order anyway. And whatever you get will take half an hour to make. Oh and bring your own drink because the ice machine is forever broken.

It's KFC Taco Bell, In drive thru I made my order of 1 pot pie and a 10 piece nugget. They told me to park on the side I parked I waited for over 30 minutes while 14 cars got their food and left. They came to my car 3 times with the wrong food I told them what I ordered. I finally went in and got a refund no apology the worker took my receipt to show someone and the person smacked the receipt out of the workers hand and on to the floor right in front of me. I got my refund and left. Am always told to park when I go in drive thru this was just ridiculous.

This is a TINY town. There are barely 6 restraunt options in town and this is hands down the worst. I have NEVER received fresh food from this location and the manager gives consistently terrible service. I've given this garbage heap of a location too many chances out of desperation and am truly done. I'd rather eat a cold can of chef boyardee than the stale garbage you think it's OK to feed people. Literally shame on all of you. Close already you slime.
They need to hire more people, waited 30min for my meal smh. Think about your employees!!

Solid Taco Bell food, but the service is typically slow, even when there is hardly a line at the drive thru. You often will get told to move to a parking space due to them needing to cook your order. The food comes out fresh, but it seems as though they may be short handed staff wise. Staff were courteous and pleasant.
Illuminated signs and signs of the drive-thru say the drive-thru closes at 11:00. Pull up a little before 10:30. All the grills are off and only tacos are able to be made. No customer service at all. It's fast food but common customer service is expected. Came the other day and I had to pull up and wait 30 minutes for my food and the order was wrong . I don't know what Management's doing but they need to do better
