The food can be hit or miss. I haven't been through the drive-through yet and not been asked to park and wait for my order. That wouldn't even be an issue except for it does take longer than it should and they never add napkins or sauce to the bag. Service I side isn't much better. There are a few courteous employees. The rest have an attitude when called out on making a mistake.
Solid Taco Bell food, but the service is typically slow, even when there is hardly a line at the drive thru. You often will get told to move to a parking space due to them needing to cook your order. The food comes out fresh, but it seems as though they may be short handed staff wise. Staff were courteous and pleasant.
As far as fast food goes, Taco Bell and KFC are not always the best. But the Taco Bell/KFC on Bickett Blvd in Louisburg get an A+ from me as far as staff and service goes. The times I have been there I was always greeted with a smile and the folks who work there seem to know what good customer service means! Can y’all PLEASE train the folks at the one in Zebulon! Because they are awful!!!
