Ordering was fast, Kiamni was quick and very friendly, whille I waited for my order I took a sip of the tea and realized it wasn't very good at all. I'm not one to complain but kiamni noticed the tea wasn't very good and steeped a new batch after letting me know he was doing so before my order was ready.The last few times visiting this location it seemed to have been severely understaffed with only two employees. Did a mobile order for lunch, lrg chili, Jr bacon cheeseburger and a drink. Walked in and my order was at top of order list. Watched two customers in line place their orders and get their food ahead of me. Spoke up and cashier said she was going in order until I pointed out mine was ahead of theirs. She then started to get my food which turned out to have been sitting waiting in the prep area. No apology and luke warm sandwhich. Tables needed cleaning today too.
Do you remember when Dave Thomas would get on the commercials for Wendy's and say they were hot and juicy? Well? Guess what, they're not juicy. They come hot but they're not juicy. They dried out slabs of meat. They're precooked stacked and heated up in the microwave with a hunk of cheese on it just before it was on your sandwich. I don't know about the hot and juicy anymore.
