Manager was very rude food was cold
Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 items and was asked to pull forward, took forever to get the food. My Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad had no fried onions, 1 slice of cucumber and 1 very small piece of bacon. I ordered Ranch dressing and was charged for an extra ranch only to get home and there was no ranch at all. The lettuce was mostly stems. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and there was no ranch. This store must have something against Ranch. Very disappointing.
Over 20 minutes for 2 meals is ridiculous
Ordered online. It was ready quickly and on time. My order was 100% correct and food was good.
We visited this location on the evening of April 21st. In addition to not having any A/C working, it smelled musty and the restaurant was insanely dirty. Water/drinks all over the floor. Drink machine area dirty and sticky. We asked them to pack up our dine-in order to go as it was too disgusting to even sit down. This chain should be embarrassed at how nasty and worn down this location looked.
The foods as good here as any Zaxbys, but everyone that works here seems to look like no one loves them. Never seen a more depressed looking bunch of people. Not a smile, barely a hello, and not an ounce of genuine care for the customer. They will get you what you want/need but they will look like you are interrupting them when you ask.
I’ll do the drive thru but going inside is depressing.
Lazy people, I waited 30 minutes for the order
I ordered my food (kickin chicken meal and 2 orders of egg rolls) for dine in and i waited for over 45 minutes for my food. My total time from order place to walking out the door with my food as I had to get it to go instead of dine in like I had ordered it was 53 minutes. This not only made me late back to work from my lunch break but now how to take longer on my lunch break to eat.
At this particular location the food wasn't all that good. The milkshakes weren't available and when I asked for a chocolate shake I was like ok
But the cashier said the milkshakes wasn't available with an attitude. She wasn't very friendly at all to me. They didn't put the French fried onion crisps on our salads. The toast was way over cooked. More like burnt. My cousins shrimp was like rubber or trying to eat chewing gum.
That's why I try to always go to the Wake Forest location. The food as well as the service is very well pleasant. They even give you your order with a smile on their face. Very polite.
Went through the drive thru today and the lady on the mic taking orders was extremely rude and disrespectful. I nearly just drove away after ordering. There is no need to be that rude when taking orders. This place needs to get better staff. The signature sandwich was awful, barely had a dab of sauce on it. And then while no other car in line, I had to pull down and wait for my food. Wow. Either get better staff or replace this place for a better restaurant.

I think it’s time for this place to be put out of its misery. They can’t even afford good lettuce like every other location? Yeah, if they can’t afford something that basic, they shouldn’t bother staying in business
I went in to order and the floors were really sticky. Looks like they just mopped the floor. Food was a little dry and salty. Surprised compared to the others I've been to. The staff was cool. Also, giving it a 3 star because one night it said it closed at a certain time but they ended up closing earlier than expected.
Order placed for 2 meals and an extra side, promissed to be done 10 minutes after placed. Pulled thru drive thru and was told to wait on spot 1. Waited 15 minutes and nothing. Coming inside and no sign of my order.
Get your fast food somewhere where they think of the costumer first.
Food was good, restaurant was dirty. Floors are sticky tables nope wiped down. Staff didn’t want to do their responsibilities of cleaning the store it seems.
I love the food, but the service can be bad sometimes. I've seen the employees leaving 2 minutes before they are supposed to be closing and cleaning up. I worked in enough restaurants as a young man to know you don't leave at closing time, and even if buisness is slow you can't shut down but so much ahead of time. There is no excuse to close that early, they closed 20 minutes early and I waited and watched at least 17 cars come and go, some where whole families so they lost out on alot of profit. I hope management reads this and does something about it!
