Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Paid 32.00 for two salads. The lettuce was warm, tomatoes just a few small slices that were soggy. Not even a full egg in the cod salad as well. No one tries anymore. Wasting money for crap again. It's like all the fast food in this town is like this. Waited a minute too.

Wife and I stopped in for dinner, both got a house salad with chicken and two drinks. Prices has gone through the celling almost 40.00$ for that shit. And it wasn't nothing to brag about. Won't be back.

These kids are literally just hanging out at this place, not working. Girl with the piercings and the kid cooking in the back are even worse and take about 45 minutes to put a small order together. They just lie and say there's a truck out back they're waiting on while the parking lots empty. Never seen such a poor work ethic and bad attitude. As everyone says, they need to restaff or shut this place down because it's not working.

Nasty men's bathroom....drink machine always broken....dirty mop water smell and horrible looking lettuce and tomatoes....otherwise its ok.

This place is as lazy as they come. They don’t give you what you order, are usually out of certain good, anlways have you pull forward and wait and the employees are just miserable.

Been visiting this store for about three months since I started working close to it I go at least once or twice a week , not a single time they have my order right, I tried ordering online still!!!! Wrong . Plus the time of wait even when you order online is unacceptable today I waited 31 minutes for an order that I put online , love the food but this store is something else

Manager was very rude food was cold

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 items and was asked to pull forward, took forever to get the food. My Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad had no fried onions, 1 slice of cucumber and 1 very small piece of bacon. I ordered Ranch dressing and was charged for an extra ranch only to get home and there was no ranch at all. The lettuce was mostly stems. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and there was no ranch. This store must have something against Ranch. Very disappointing.

Over 20 minutes for 2 meals is ridiculous

Ordered online. It was ready quickly and on time. My order was 100% correct and food was good.

We visited this location on the evening of April 21st. In addition to not having any A/C working, it smelled musty and the restaurant was insanely dirty. Water/drinks all over the floor. Drink machine area dirty and sticky. We asked them to pack up our dine-in order to go as it was too disgusting to even sit down. This chain should be embarrassed at how nasty and worn down this location looked.

The foods as good here as any Zaxbys, but everyone that works here seems to look like no one loves them. Never seen a more depressed looking bunch of people. Not a smile, barely a hello, and not an ounce of genuine care for the customer. They will get you what you want/need but they will look like you are interrupting them when you ask.

I’ll do the drive thru but going inside is depressing.
