Just wanna shout out Kevin for making things right this morning with an order that was messed up last night as far as the owner I really don't care to respect anything that comes from that man because he wanted to argue with me over my order being incorrect and me, not even receiving something that I paid for. When you work in retail or in a business, the customer is always right no matter what don't sit there and try to argue with them, especially if they're unhappy about something that they bought from your store and didn't Receive six cookies that they paid for!

I stopped in Subway tonight 8/16/2024. I've only been to this one several times but it's always a pleasant experience each time I stopped in. The two gentlemen working the tonight we're friendly, professional, The Establishment was clean and tidy the atmosphere was very relaxed everything on the sub making bars appear to be fresh behind the counter was very clean and well-organized and they made suggestions for my sandwich that made it better than it would have been if I had just put my regular toppings on it. This hands down has to be one of the best subways I have visited and I have been in quite a few I even worked at one once. Hats off to the two gentlemen tonight for making my food perfectly and making it a great experience. Thank you so much for all you do. The only thing unpleasant about stopping in was when I walked over into Oasis to grab a couple of things the cashiers in the gas station part were too busy gossiping and talking bad about the subway and its employees to even notice me standing at the counter. The subway half is on point The Oasis side is pitiful.

Nice clean and friendly place to eat at Kevin was so nice to me and my Husband Kevin made sure before we left to make sure to ask if the food was good Kevin has a heart of gold he keeps a beautiful smile on his face when dealing with the customers we will be back real soon Thanks again for everything (KEVIN)

This subway has made an insanely positive turn around that has blown my mind.For context, we've used this subway a number of times over the last year since moving to Lucama and it was TRASH. Horrible customer service (staff completely unprofessional), toaster had been down for MONTHS with no intention of repair or replacement, store was never open consistently (would just close for no apparent reason with no explanation). It was a nightmare, but for God knows why, we kept giving them more chances, and now I'm so glad we did.This subway recently changed ownership and it's obvious the new owners care about their customers. The food was delicious and tasted fresh. The staff was polite and friendly. The place looks cleaner than it's ever been. And yes, they did replace the toaster.I urge anyone who had stopped going because of their past behavior and conditions to give them a second chance. You won't be disappointed.

If I could leave negative stars I would...I told the guy that I had an onion allergy, he went to the back and got a fresh container of red onions. Then after he changed his gloves and got my food together I ate it and my mouth started swelling real bad. I've eaten at a lot of Subways and have NEVER had this problem before!!!!

I'm not sure if all of my complaints can fit in this box. I have been to this store during operating hours more than seven times in one month this last month. In fact to find that the store is closed with no explanation seemingly just because and the gas station people who the store is attached to seem to have no explanation as well. Lights on chairs down but door locked and open. Sign turned off.At one point in time I went roughly 15 minutes before closing and a blonde haired boy with glasses was complaining to his female co-worker because she had allowed me to start an order.He did so verbally in front of me in a position in which I could both hear him and read his lips as I am deaf in my right ear. I've made it a big habit to make sure that I'm reading people's lips to ensure I'm understanding what they're saying clearly and I do not believe I have misheard him.Their oven has been broken for more than 3 months. The owner of this establishment has absolutely no intention of replacing or repairing the oven and the employees themselves have genuinely no clue if they will ever get a new oven or have that one repaired. It is made bluntly obvious by that complete and utter lack of subway toasted product that this particular store does not care at all.And if you feel like anything that I'm saying is wrong, feel free to drop in. If you can make it through the door the oven will guaranteed be broken and if you can't get through the door check the operating hours and if it's before 10:00 p.m. they probably closed when they shouldn't have been double check it, but I've been in the middle of the day on a Monday in the middle of a day on a Wednesday at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Thursday and been turned away by a locked door and confused gas station attendance.Over the last 2 months it has become more and more obvious to me that this store is unreliable for food even though it is one of the only places you can go in lucama to get food. Therefore I don't even bother with it. As of tonight I am done. The chairs are up. The lights are on the sign is off. The doors are locked and a handwritten sign was Subway is closed written in paper. It was 8:45 and when I checked their sign they're open till 10:00. I am officially done with this subway
