I wanted to get some stuffed pastries that we originally had at the inn we stayed at in 2020. The inn purchased the pastries from Front Porch Cafe in Manteo. No confusion here. We purchased 3 different flavors, ham & cheese, spinach, and chocolate. I didn't realize how expensive they are and they weren't as delicious as I remembered. After confirming with the inn that we stayed at previously, I found out the pastries are from Sysco. What an upcharge. Service was average. I didn't see many non coffee tea options that didn't come from a tea bag. Not sure if I would stop here on my next trip to OBX.

All Front Porch Cafe are my go-to spot for morning coffee and a pastry. When in the Outer Banks ☕❤️😋

This is a simple coffee shop that is very sweet place. We appreciate the good coffee and large table in the back that accommodated our family.

Looked friendly enough just couldn't order because system was down. But it looked like a cozy cafe with good eats and the people were friendly so I can't complain.
It’s ok overall. Service was pretty disorganized despite not being too busy. The pastries are not something we’d order again. Our lattes were also just fine.

The coffee and selection here are fantastic. Chloe spent time helping me understand all of the options for beans to go. An awesome experience, definitely coming back!

I love trying the local favorite coffee shops and was looking forward to Front Porch-took the whole family out for day trip to Manteo and that was our first stop. Despite a weird experience with cashier who didn’t say hello or seem to want to be there, the bakery items we ordered were delicious. I really enjoyed the feta and spinach croissant-the decor is colorful and I can see why so many people love the place. You can grab and go or sit in one of their many tables and spend time with friends as we saw many doing.

Matcha tasted not so great, maybe it was the oat milk? It tasted fishy.

Awful service. Not only did it take almost half an hour to get our coffees but one only came out half full and the other that was specifically ordered without whipped cream was served with whipped cream. Dont waste your time - go to Starbucks. Service and quality of product are the same but Starbucks is faster.
Unfortunately we were due somewhere else and didn't have another half hour to wait for our drinks to be corrected. Cold foam does settle and that's expected - we didn't expect half the cup to be cold foam though.
