Last night we stopped at the Manteo restaurant, with 2 buses. They were very polite, fast and the food was good. A far cry from the experience we had Thursday at the Edenton restaurant. Thank You!

Cancelled my order because it was snowing a little and they were closing. Road conditions were fine.
Terrible service. Ordered a single McChicken and nothing else when there was a total of 3 tickets on screen. Got to watch my sandwich get made and sit on the counter for like 3 minutes while expo/foh workers were laughing and carrying on

I went in the drive through, was never given my happy meal. My large French fries were not hot and had a hair in them. I’m disgusted and disappointed.

Food was excellent. Customer service was questionable. Stood at the counter for a few minutes. There was a CSR that did not seem to have much work to do. Was standing around mostly talking. After a couple of minutes, she came over to me and asked if I could use the kiosk. I politely declined as I have horrible luck with the MCD kiosk system and I can never get my customizations right when using one. It's much easier and faster to just order at the register. Plus, every time I've used one at any MCD, something usually breaks or goes wrong with it. She said that her manager will not allow them to take any orders (even though I had visited this location twice in the past couple days and ordered at the counter without any issue). After telling the manager that I did not want to use the kiosks, the manager came up front and took my order on the kiosk and walked away to let me pay. After paying, it broke and was unable to print my receipt. The manager still ended up having to use the front register to look up my order to print my receipt. The food was excellent and came out pretty quickly. There's no excuse to force customers to use a kiosk. The kiosks suck and I do not care to use them. It is far quicker and easier to have someone that is trained to take orders to take my order versus me trying to play with a kiosk for twenty minutes to place an order.
Nice McDonald’s that has easy accessibility and clean restrooms. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our food was good and they have plenty of parking.

I went around 3 pm today
11/1/25. And a person said use the kiosk I do not on the clock. I said I am not on the clock either, so me and my family left. This is why you do not have respect customers. I worked for McDonald's 8 yrs. Started @ cleaner and ended as one of the Store Managers. Never would have allowed this behavior. Good luck in the future I see such a difference in the employee, no pride and now low revenue. All the people I know would rather eat anywhere else than McDonald's.

This is not the definition of fast food, however the wait was not the issue. The manager was definitely agitated at several employees. I feel it is inappropriate for her to berate them where everyone at the counter to hear it. Could we concentrate on getting the food out and handling disciplinary actions behind closed doors where they belong.

The workers don’t respect the customer and scream at you because don’t want to take your order and don’t have customers only one at the lobby please if you don’t like your job or you have bad morning don’t work take day off
