This is not the definition of fast food, however the wait was not the issue. The manager was definitely agitated at several employees. I feel it is inappropriate for her to berate them where everyone at the counter to hear it. Could we concentrate on getting the food out and handling disciplinary actions behind closed doors where they belong.

I think sticky is word I'm looking for. Like the bathroom, the drink fountain, and the filthy table I leaned upon while I waited for my order and watched the comedy unfold. The staff were arguing, the kiosk machine was printing blank receipts, one gentleman was attempting to get them to put the cheese they forgot on his biscuit. My order came out and I was missing my iced coffee. Otherwise my food tasted ok. I'm still giving it a bad review because I was a little uneasy eating it due to its most likely having undergone several stages of bacterial defilement. Moral of the story? Stay away from this place unless you'd like to watch a dramatized reality show in real time, or if you're looking for something to keep your immune system a challenge.🤢🤮

Used kiosk was told to take a numbered table marker and food would be brought to table. 10 mins go by and my food had been sitting in the mobile pickup and cold... frys not cooked all the way either. Had to wait for 5 mins to ask fir ketchup so kitchen staff could talk about their drama.. literally watched a woman smack a cook in the back of the head for trying to sneak out for a smoke break.. ordered a LG ice cream cone and got a small to top it off.... couldn't get out of this McDonald's fast enough. Don't waste your time go pay 2x the money somewhere else on the island.

I ordered only one plain latte without sugar and was served by a tall guy who was really nice and kind. As I got out and had a look at it, I noticed they had made a caramel one. Ok, everyone can get it wrong! I go in again, tell the man what happened and they made a new one. A small, white woman (with short hair) made the coffee and brought it to me. This time I hade a taste of the coffee (latte), and noticed that this time there was sugar and no milk in it, both of those are quite easy to sense. When I stated this and showed the coffee to the little white woman, she said ”It is a latte with no sugar.” I could clearly tell she lied on both, right in my face. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, almost no one was in.
So embarrassing. We come from Europe and this is not the service we are used to.

I showed up to this McDonald’s just before closing time. Westley still served me with a smile on his face. He was phenomenal. He acted beyond a courteous standard, and took the time to check with me if I wanted anything more / if my order was right before I left. He is an absolute beast of an employee and I can only pray that he is treated as such. He’s a hard type to come by.

I can't believe how slow this place is. 20 minutes of nothing. Then another 10 minutes of waiting they finally realized they just had our bag sitting off to the side, getting cold. Go somewhere else. The coffee they just poured was cold too
Their kiosks don't have paper either. Good luck getting anyone to believe you actually put in an order
