I asked the bartender to turn up the music that I had payed for a the and the cook came over and turned the music back down. He said that trivia was going to start in about 15 minutes. So why can't we listen to music that I had PAYED FOR until then. Fatass informed that he was not going to discuss it with me. I understand about a bar having trivia as I have had it in a few of my establishments and we always let the early customers know in advance when the jukebox would be turned off. It's called courtesy. As far as the pizza was concerned, I would have a better pizza had I bought a $2.00 pie from a street vendor. I will never buy food from that fatass again. And yes, I am a Chef and a business owner.

Awesome food and great service. Waterfront view and bonfires on Friday. Awesome Local Live Music. Small place with a BIG heart. Katelyn and Britney were very friendly. It's on my must stop list every time I go by there now!

I cannot say enough about Currituck Trading Post! We showed up with an entire baseball team and their families 40+ people right at dinner time without any reservation, call ahead, or warning until we walked in the door. We expected that service would be slow with all of that. But the staff rocked and rolled with our beverage and drink orders. Although we apologized for our large and unexpected party they were happy to have us and welcomed us back. They never missed a beat. I was so impressed I decided to take my business back to them for lunch the next day with a smaller party. The food was amazing each time and the service was top notch under both scenarios. Currituck Trading Post is HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Combat Veteran here solo traveling the entire NC coast with my Service Dog. Atmosphere is excellent, locals are kind, laid back and attentive. So far one of the best little places I’ve come across.

Are go to place for everything. Food, drinks, games, and probably the best customer service in the area! Love this place!

Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu items. They love the atmosphere and running around outside.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp into restaurant. Large accessible bathrooms. Easy to get wheelchair outside for waterside picnic tables.

Perfect place to meet friends after work for a quick drink & apps or have a family lunch after p&r games. CTP has GOOD reasonably priced food, offers beautiful views, is CLEAN & has the kindest, friendliest staff! Plus, I always love being able to order vegetarian off the menu & not have to make substitutions or stick to a salad or sides. Their posted event calendar seems to have something for everyone, even the littles. It’s clear they care about being a positive place for the community to enjoy & we will definitely be back.

Vegetarian options: Beyond burgers, pizzas & a veggie wrap/sub on the menu, as well as several sides & apps that are vegetarian.

Kid-friendliness: Picky-kid friendly options & we had a dancing t-Rex waitress!

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, ramp to the front door, could easily move a chair from a table to accommodate a wheelchair (no booths).
